  1. For the filling, canned fish is kneaded, mixed with chopped eggs, herbs and stirred well.
  2. For the dough, kefir is mixed with flour, an egg, soda are added and stirred until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased pan, place the filling on top.
  4. Cook covered for about 30 minutes over low heat.
