3. We should get a fairly homogeneous raspberry puree. We send it the amount of granulated sugar required by the recipe.

4. Thoroughly mix the puree and leave it for at least 2 hours so that the sugar is completely dissolved. While the raspberry jam is infused, it must be mixed several times, gently lifting from the bottom.

5. And now the most important point is the sterilization of dishes for raspberry jam prepared without cooking.
