To make Vienna Strudel, you will need the following ingredients:

flour - 250 gr
eggs - 1 pc.
water - 125 ml
salt
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

For filling:
apples - 1 kg
sugar - 100 gr
raisins - 100 gr
cinnamon - 1 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes until it starts to stick to your hands. Roll it into a ball and leave the dough for 20-30 minutes. Put the dough on a floured board, then roll out the dough with a rolling pin from the middle to the edges to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Then stretch the dough with your hands and elbows from the middle to the edges, keeping the dough overhang.
Lay out the dough on a board, sprinkle with breadcrumbs in the place where you will lay out the filling. Brush the rest of the dough with melted butter. To prepare the filling, peel the apples and cut into cubes. Pour over lemon juice and mix with sugar, add raisins and cinnamon, mix. Lay out the filling and wrap the roll. The filling should be laid out at a distance of 7-10 cm from the edge of the sheet, so that it is more convenient to wrap it.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
