What to cook delicious for your beloved family, well, of course, pizza, everyone loves it. This time I made pizza with smoked chicken, tomatoes and bell pepper. The dough helped me get a breadmaker, but you can also easily make it yourself.

Smoked chicken pizza

Ingredients:

For test:

2 tsp dry yeast.

400g wheat flour.

1 tsp salt.

2 tablespoons oils.

250ml water.

For filling:

Provencal herbs.

700g smoked chicken.

1-2 tomatoes.

1 large bell pepper.

But if you are not a fan of spices, then you can do without them). Then gradually add flour to the dough, stirring well. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for half an hour.

Cooking stuffing

Cut the smoked chicken fillet into small squares. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Cut the tomato into thin slices.

When the dough has risen a little, you can begin to form the pizza.

We roll out the dough into a circle, about 0.5 cm thick and put it in a mold covered with parchment paper and greased with olive oil.
