Hello everyone! I really love to bake, and this week I'm in the mood to bake something new right after the previous one is eaten.

But I have one problem, I forget what to do step by step photos for clarity, and therefore I publish only today's creation.

So let's get ready banana cupcakes (or muffins) with chocolate or cupcakes with banana and chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 80 grams
  • Sugar - 130 grams
  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 80 ml
  • Flour (I have wheat) - 160 grams
  • Dough baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate - 80 grams
  • Bananas - 2 pieces

In fact, I forgot to take a few photos today, but I think that everything will be very clear anyway.

Before proceeding to the test, we perform three steps:

1. We take out butter 15 minutes before cooking to make it soft.
2. Turn on and heat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
3. Lubricate the molds vegetable oil very little.

Now let's move on to the test:

1. Beat eggs with sugar so that the mixture increases slightly in volume and becomes less yellow.

2. Add melted butter and beat a little to make the mixture homogeneous.

3. Add milk at room temperature, and preferably a little warm, and stir.

4. Slowly add flour and baking powder to the dough. Here I already mix everything with a spoon so that the dough is lighter.

It should not be liquid, but it should not be very dense and thick either. This is how the dough turned out:

And fill out our forms. I fill them halfway, because they won’t rise much, and even if they rise, they don’t run out of the molds.

We send it to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees. You can check readiness with a toothpick. Pierce the muffin, and if there is no dough left on the toothpick, then it is baked.

  • 3 bananas;
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa;

  • some powdered sugar.

How to cook:
