How to cook okroshka on water with mayonnaise, sausage, vegetables and herbs

We start cooking with what should be boiled until cooked. Cool down. Clear. Prepare other products necessary for the preparation of okroshka. Wash greens and cucumber.

You can cut all the ingredients directly into the pan, if it is convenient. Or on a cutting board, and then transfer to a saucepan. Potatoes and eggs will help to cut a special mesh.
