Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 8-10 slices sweet pepper

Cooking

1. Prepare chicken fillet (thaw frozen first). You can take a whole breast and separate pieces of meat with a sharp knife. Make 4-5 shallow cuts on each piece.

2. Sprinkle each piece of fillet on both sides with spices and salt, spread vegetable oil, sprinkle lemon juice and let it "rest" in a cool place for at least half an hour.

3. Take a few slices of sweet pepper, you can use different colors. Slices should not be wide. Place them in the notches.

4. Now transfer each piece of fillet to a piece of foil and wrap the meat tightly. Place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Rinse the breast cold water, pat dry with paper towels and make pepper cuts.

To prepare the marinade, mix all the ingredients: natural yogurt, mustard, soy sauce, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Make a roasted pepper sauce. In a blender, combine baked peppers, garlic, basil, grated cheese, a little water and olive oil. Beat until smooth.



Place the breast in a baking dish and evenly pour over the resulting roasted pepper sauce.

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and remove the skin. Make deep cuts on the breast to the very bone - 4 cuts on each side (as in the photo). To prepare the marinade, combine sour cream, ketchup, salt and spices for chicken, mix.

Lubricate the breast on all sides with a culinary brush and grease the pockets inside too well (leave some of the marinade, we will need it in the future). Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into long strips.

Put a slice of pepper in each pocket. Cheese cut into pieces.

Put the pieces of cheese in the pockets.

Spread the remaining marinade over meat, cheese and bell peppers.

Place bone-in breast in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Pour some water into the bottom of the mold (just a little bit).

Bake chicken breast with bell peppers and cheese in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. The breast will be covered with a ruddy crust.
