Jam, marmalade, juices, compotes have already been sent for storage in refrigerators and cellars. And more recently, a friend surprised me with her pears, stuffed shrimp. I like it. It turns out that not only apples can be used for such a thing. And I decided to do it in my own way - to cook stuffed pears with salmon in the oven. Oh how my family loved it! Especially to the husband. Today I also made this dish.

To prepare pears stuffed with salmon, you need:


Ingredients:

  • Pears - 600 g,
  • Keta - 300 g,
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • Onion - 1 pc.,
  • Garlic - 2 cloves,
  • Black pepper (ground) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste.

Cooking process:

The method of preparing pears stuffed with fish is very simple.

Pears wash, cut into 2 parts, hollow out the middle.


Peel the onion, garlic. Peel the ketu from scales, bones, cut into pieces and twist in a meat grinder along with onions and garlic.

Ingredients for making pears:
* Fruit sauce - 2 tablespoons.
* Pear - 2 pcs.
* Dried apricots - 20 gr.
* Walnuts - 29 gr.
* Cinnamon - 0.25 teaspoons.
* Cardamom - 0.25 teaspoons.
* Egg yolk - 1 pc.
* Sugar - 15 gr.
* Dry white wine - 25 gr.
* Lemon zest - 0.5 teaspoons.

Preparation of stuffed pears:
For this dessert, we need hard pears.

From the beginning we take walnuts, mode them and mix with sauce, cinnamon and cardamom.

Cut off the top of the pear and remove the pulp from there.

Then put the finished fruit and nut mixture in them and cover with a hat on top.

Let's put them in the steamer for 15 minutes.

Now we will make the sauce, for this we need: 1 yolk, 15 gr. sugar, 25 gr. dry white wine and lemon zest.

Beat the yolk with sugar until foam forms and sugar dissolves.

Then add wine and continue beating.

When the pear is ready, you need to pour it with warm sauce and serve. Everything, delicious stuffed pears are ready. Good appetite!

To start cooking pears stuffed with chicken and cheese, it’s worth preparing the chicken breast. To do this, mix paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl or plate and rub the mixture on both sides of the breast fillet.

Cut the pears in half lengthwise, remove the core with seeds and carefully remove the pulp so that the walls are about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the pulp of the pear into cubes and add to the filling.

It is better to use pears for stuffing large enough and dense so that they do not fall apart in the oven when baking.



Place chicken with pear, blue cheese and walnuts on pear halves and sprinkle with mozzarella. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown.

Pears, stuffed chicken and cheese, can be prepared in advance. To do this, on the eve of the holiday, fry the chicken breast, cut it into pieces and put it in a container. You can also prepare cheeses and walnuts in advance. But it is better to prepare the pears immediately before cooking, so that the pear pieces in the filling do not give excess juice.
