Ingredients:

  • chicken
  • 1 st. l. butter
  • ground black pepper
  • spices and seasonings to taste

For minced meat:

  • 1 st. buckwheat porridge
  • 1 jar chopped canned mushrooms
  • onion
  • butter

For garnish:

  • 2 kg small potatoes
  • butter
  • pepper
  • spices
  • foil

Cooking method:

1. Defrost chicken, if frozen, wash and dry with napkins.

2. Mix soft butter, seasonings, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. Rub the chicken with the fragrant oil mixture inside and out.

4. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter.

5. Pour liquid from the mushrooms.

6. Connect buckwheat porridge, mushrooms and onions along with the oil in which it was fried.

7. Stuff the chicken with minced buckwheat.

8. Cover the edges of the abdomen and secure with toothpicks or sew with thread. Tie up the chicken legs and place on a wire rack.

9. Bake a 1.5 kg chicken for a little over an hour at a temperature of 170-190 degrees.

10. Determine the readiness of the chicken by the juice flowing out.

11. While the chicken is baking, you need to do the side dish. To do this, wash small even potatoes with a brush, it is not necessary to peel.

12. Cut the potatoes into large circles or quarters. Drizzle melted potatoes butter, season with salt and pepper. A mixture of spicy Mediterranean or Provence herbs is perfect for potatoes.
