How to cook pasties from zucchini with minced meat

Fry finely chopped onions in a hot pan.

The children have long grown up and left my husband and me. They now have their own family, and they don’t come to visit us as often as we would like. But what can you do - this is life! So that we are not bored - we try not to lose heart. Every evening, my beloved and I go for a walk to breathe fresh air, chat and unwind. A couple of days ago, returning home, my husband asked me to cook for him, I also love them very much, so I gladly agreed. But when I started cooking, it turned out that I did not have enough flour. I went to a neighbor, but she also had leftovers, and she advised me to cook pasties from zucchini. I was skeptical at first, but then I decided to make them. And as it turned out, not in vain!
Pasties from zucchini with minced meat turned out to be unusually tasty. Try and you cook them at home, using my recipe with a photo. I assure you - you will be satisfied and full!
In order to cook these chebureks, I recommend using young zucchini, as they do not have seeds. As meat filling or let's say, minced meat, any kind of meat will do: pork, beef or chicken breast.
Ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini
- 200 grams of minced meat chicken fillet,
- 1-2 eggs,
- 1 onion,
- dill to taste,
- a glass of milk,
- 100 grams of flour,
- salt,
- ground pepper,
- sunflower oil.

In the minced meat, immediately add salt, ground pepper and half of the onion twisted in a meat grinder. We stir the mince.








Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.




The second half of the onion is also grated on a fine grater and put it to the zucchini.
Add salt, ground pepper, egg, milk and flour. Let's mix.
























Pour the zucchini mixture into the heated skillet.




Put some meat filling on top. Fry everything for 1 minute.




Then gently fold the future cheburek in half with a spatula.

I'll tell you everything along the way. First, I ground 150 g of chicken fillet on a combine. Then I chop 1 onion and fry it in a pan until golden brown.

And as the onion is fried, I spread the ground fillet on top in a pan, and fry everything until cooked.

In the process of cooking, add salt and add ground pepper. The fillet is ready, it will be the filling for pasties.

Now I'm working on zucchini. I rub 350 g of zucchini into another container, on a fine grater, and then squeeze them out of the juice so that our dough is not very liquid. I rub the zucchini not peeled, they are very young and their peel is thin.

I also chop 1 onion on a fine grater and put it in minced squash. Then I add 50 ml of milk to the mixture and beat in 2 eggs.

Then I pour out 150 g oatmeal, half a teaspoon of salt and ground pepper.

I also add chopped parsley and dill to the dough. My dill is frozen. And I pour out 1 tablespoon of starch.

Now I mix everything with a spoon until smooth.

And already, based on my own experience, I understand that such a dough will not bake in my pan and will not hold the shape of a cheburek. It turned out to be liquid. And I had to add 3 tablespoons of flour. And then everything worked out for me. And if you cook according to this recipe, you may need to add less or more flour. See for yourself, friends. And need ready dough allow a little time to stand so that the flakes are ramokli. Then the dough becomes more elastic. To a hot pan with a little vegetable oil I pour the dough to make a pancake.
