  • 100 gr. cheese
  • 250-300 gr. hen

  • sunflower oil

Cooking:

  1. Boil the chicken in salted water until cooked, cool if you use chicken legs or drumsticks, remove the skin and separate the meat from the bones. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Cook carrots until cooked, cool, peel and three on a coarse grater. We clean and finely chop the onion, lightly fry it in sunflower oil until golden brown and mix with half of the grated carrot.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs (from the moment of boiling 5-7 minutes), cool, clean and rinse with water. Separately, three squirrels on a coarse grater, on a fine grater - yolks.

  4. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces.
  5. We clean and three garlic on a fine grater. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. From the part of the carrot that we mixed with the onion, we spread the “orange slice” on the plate, occupying about 2/3 of the plate (if desired, this layer can be slightly salted). Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise.
  7. Lay a layer of chicken on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  8. Lay out a layer of pickled mushrooms.

Chop the onion into small cubes, and cut the champignons into medium pieces: anyway, they will “dry out” during frying. At the same stage, cook the chicken fillet (fill it in a saucepan with water, salt and cook for 30 minutes).


    Remove the finished fillet from the broth (you can use it to make soup, but only on condition that by the time of boiling you managed to catch the foam from the water with a slotted spoon) and cool. Cut it along the grain, and then across it to make small pieces. Pour a pile of chicken pieces on a flat dish and form a semicircle out of them, similar to an orange slice.
