  • 3-4 medium sized sweet apples
  • 50 gr butter
  • handful of seedless raisins
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 1 st. tablespoon pumpkin seeds or nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • breadcrumbs (can be replaced with semolina)
  1. Clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds.

  2. Cut into cubes and simmer in a pan with butter and 2-3 tbsp. spoons of water.
