Mash cottage cheese in a bowl with 2 tbsp. sugar and half an egg. Get rid of the core of the apple, you can peel it, we did not do this. Cut the apple into thin slices, put in a bowl and mix with the remaining sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Roll out each piece of dough and cut into 6 squares.

Put a little cottage cheese on each square, carefully place a few apple slices on top.

Connect the corners and blind them together.

Postpone puffs on a baking sheet and brush with the remaining egg.

Send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 10 minutes (it may take you less time), you need them to brown.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g cottage cheese 5 - 9%
  • 200 g softened butter
  • 325 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • orange peel
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 medium sweet and sour apples (300 g)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon as desired

COOKING METHOD:

1. To prepare envelopes with apples from cottage cheese dough, put softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar into a deep bowl or bowl of a food processor. Beat butter and sugar into a smooth creamy mass.

2. Add cottage cheese and zest of one small orange and mix everything again. If the cottage cheese is with grains, it should first be rubbed through a sieve.

3. In 2 - 3 doses, pour in the flour sifted with salt and baking powder, and knead the dough with your hands or using the "hook" nozzle.

4. The result should be a very thick, dense dough that does not stick to your hands at all.
