Instant gelatin. How to use gelatin correctly! Preparation of mushrooms and mushroom broth for aspic

To say that I am a coffee addict is an understatement. Over the past year, my love for coffee has turned into a kind of obsession. And if someone is happy to explore the delights of chocolate or wine, then I will never refuse a fragrant drink. A hard morning and a bit of enthusiasm - with this set I went to try coffee in different parts of Moscow.

Once in this chain of coffee shops, a crazy sweet story happened to me. But even if it wasn't for her, I would still confess "Doubleby" in love around the clock. One evening I decided to take a walk around the city with a glass of lavender raf (350 rubles), only in a coffee shop on Pokrovka didn't accept cards. And what do you think? barista by name Sasha, apparently feeling all my frustration, he took it and offered: “Let me treat you?” Of course, I resisted for a long time, but in the end I gave in. Thanks to him!

On the Krivokolenny you can play with the cat lungo, which has already grown to an incredible size (when the network was just opening, it was just a crumb). And on Tsvetnoy Boulevard until noon at "Doubleby" make coffee for 150 rubles. In the mornings, there is a queue for hario and flat white. Surprisingly, after "Doubleby" it's really hard not to find fault with any other chain's coffee. All drinks here are incredibly soft, which is only worth the author's citrus and vanilla raf and creme brulee latte. I'm also looking forward to the return of the pear-star anise latte. In general, not coffee, but a fairy tale. I'll finish it and run for another portion!

The name speaks for itself. Recently good enough expanded to another cozy cafe on Big Dmitrovka. And if on Sadovaya-Triumfalnaya it was not always possible to find a free place, then in a new place you can roam.

Interestingly, before the guys positioned themselves exclusively as a coffee shop with desserts, breakfasts and lunches, and now their menu has even more delicious (and incredibly attractive) food, and the price matches the portion - you definitely won’t leave hungry and cold. From coffee drinks- a standard, but delicious set. Raf coffee (250 rubles) is insanely tender, and author's citrus coffee is what you need if you are haunted by an off-season cold.

On the Ostozhenka there is another small coffee shop that will warm even the most gloomy passer-by. Here is an excellent hario (150 rubles) and the strongest and richest espresso (100 rubles). A large volume of any drink costs 220 rubles. For now, you can only have a bite to eat here with sweets, such as cupcakes and cakes (I like carrots the most) - all from tea cup cake. There are always few people here, only the elite drop in. So even in the morning rush hour, you can quickly get delicious coffee and rush to work.

Summer in chamberlain a small and insanely fragrant coffee shop opened in the alley Beaver's coffee. The owner of the establishment is the main barista "Doubleby". This place was created exclusively for those who are in a hurry, but cannot deny themselves a cup of morning drink. There is very little space - no tables and chairs. But this does not scare the fans of the institution. The menu includes standard espresso (100 rubles), cappuccino (150–200 rubles depending on the volume), latte (200 rubles), raf (200 rubles), cocoa (150 rubles) and tea (150 rubles). ). Coffee is also brewed here in alternative ways, for example, in an aeropress.

This summer, I met "Drinkit". This is a mobile outdoor cafe, which can often be found at various festivals and concerts. At first they attract with their cute sign - a blue whale, and then delight with incredibly tasty and soft coffee. In addition, the guys do not forget about fragrant pastries and sandwiches. As soon as all this fits in their cafe! In the cold, they also do not sleep, it is not so easy to catch them, but perhaps the main thing is to know the place!

Very soon, the guys will open a cafe that will not move around the city, but will gladly invite everyone inside. So it remains only to wait for this exciting moment. By the way, the staff "Drinkit"- wonderful people with a great sense of humor, but more importantly, in addition to cinnamon, they add love and good mood to all drinks.

This place is also impossible to pass by. At least because of the warm inscription on the door: "Coffee, tea, cocoa"- simple, clear and makes you want to look immediately. Inside - everything is of a soft blueberry color, by the way, because of this, associations immediately appear with the delicious blueberry latte that is prepared here. There is also citrus and lavender - no worse than in "Doubleby".

And there is also a completely awesome drink called "Drunken Cherry"- only she is not drunk at all, you can drink in the morning. You can also take sweets and sandwiches with you, which also look very appetizing here.

And now I advise you not to suffer with the choice and just make your own experiment - go through all these places. Where is your coffee made exactly?

Double B

Double B is actively developing and opening more and more new outlets (coffee houses of the network have opened in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and even in Czech Prague). The format, as usual, is simple, nothing superfluous: a point with coffee to go, some have a cozy coffee shop space where you can sit, and here is a tea and coffee shop. Recently, the network began to sell cookies, for example, with the taste of mojito. The staff is sincere and friendly: they like to talk about coffee here, so you can learn a lot of new things while waiting for a drink.

True masters work at Double B: where else can you get coffee from a world champion in latte art? Or the world champion in coffee with alcohol? The company's specialists personally select coffee at the stage of its cultivation on plantations. Available coffee from Kenya, El Salvador, Ethiopia and Honduras. Here you can try coffee brewed in a special way - Chemex, Aeropress, Hario. And you can buy a package of coffee and get a free master class on its brewing.

What to try? For example, lavender raff (240 rubles), which almost immediately began to be copied by other coffee houses. True, unlike Double B, where it is prepared according to a special technology, simply adding lavender syrup to the raff, but this is not at all the same. For the brave - latte with sage. A taste that will be remembered, especially good for a cold.
