How to cook a salad of beetroot and chicken with garlic at home

  1. We wash the beetroot under running water and clean it a little, after which we send it to a pot of water. On medium heat, bring it to a boil and cook the vegetable until tender.
  2. We take out the beet fruit, cool it. After that, peel the vegetable from the top layer and grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. We chop the chicken breast into small strips, or you can use a convenient special cut and chop it into slices-layers, like a Korean carrot.
  4. Drain the water from the can of beans, select about half of the beans.
  5. Mix the ingredients together, salt and pepper them. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Pass the garlic cloves through a press, add to the salad.
