By the will of fate and the gods of Moscow traffic jams, I finally tried this service. Just in case, I read before leaving what they say on the Internet (for example, here http://motor.ru/articles/2012/08/01/parking/4/ or here http://mosmetro.ru/about/parkovki/ ), consulted and decided that the option was sensible. In the end, it helped me a lot. But let's go in order.
Later I discovered that there are two parking lots in this place. But for me, as a resident of the Moscow region, using the Minsk highway, the one that can be reached from Kutuzovsky Prospekt is convenient. True, it is not on the course of movement to the center, so you need to make a U-turn under the flyover near the Vremena Goda shopping center and drive into it, moving back to the region. I used to think that it was much further from the road, but no - next to it. Check-in is convenient - we stop by.
Looking ahead, I will say that the brain of our people is still working in some kind of incomprehensible economy mode, trying not to owe their hard-earned money to anyone and for nothing. Even if the money is for your own good. That's right, it's better to buy yourself an iPhone and not be worse than your neighbor. This I mean that people are parked at the entrance to the FREE parking halfway along the road. Are you morons, the question arises?! Drive 10 meters and here is an empty area for you, park where you want. Yes, it is conditionally free, but the condition will cost only 60 rubles!!! So no, I’ll put it in front of the entrance, which would be completely free and don’t care that I’m in the way.
Let's continue. You drive into the parking lot. At the entrance to the machine you get a parking card. By the degree of wear and tear, I can assume that there are many smart people who have been using this useful service for a long time. Parking. I pulled into the parking lot at 15:00 on Wednesday, breaking out of the traffic jam into the center. There are a lot of empty places on the territory. I guess that more than 2/3 were free (at the entrance itself, of course, everything is busy, hehe). parked and moved towards the security house at the entrance to ask questions. Seeing me in the window, filled with a thirst for new knowledge, with stunned eyes and the question "I'm here for the first time, what should I do ?!", the security gave me a small printout, advising me to read it while I was going to the subway, and wished me a good day. hung there too price for parking services. Everything is extremely simple! The parking lot is open 24/7. Opening hours are divided into two parts: day from 6.00-21.30 and night from 21.30-6.00. A night costs 100 rubles/hour. A day, subject to two trips by metro, i.e. 54-60 rubles, free and called tariff "Basic", and if without the subway, then the rate is 50 rubles / hour. "Well, okay, cho" - I thought and went. In principle, everything is clear, but it is not clear, because I perceive everything better in practice or by ear. According to the instructions, it was necessary to make at least two trips using one card (!) By metro from Slavyansky Bulvar station. But the blunt is still in the fact that the system does not work with cards "Troika"(28 rubles per trip), I had to take "Single"(30 rubles per trip) for two trips. I rode the subway twice with this card and set it aside along with the parking card. Then, at the exit from Slavyansky Boulevard to the parking lot, the main don't forget to activate free rate. This can be done at the metro ticket office, there is a yellow terminal with detailed instructions to action. Apply once, apply two, apply three - that's it, go!
The parking lot is within easy reach of the metro. Looking at the neighborhood at night, it seemed to me that you can get to the parking area from the metro by an elevator, and even next to the payment terminal. At 22.20 it was already completely empty. My car buddy was grazing imposingly on an asphalt meadow by no one and not constrained by anything =) In the payment terminal, you push the activated (!) Parking card and the system considers what you owe it. Because the time of the free tariff came to an end, then I paid 100 rubles for an hour of parking, got, it seems, 10 minutes to leave (although on the Internet it was said about 15 minutes, but Dasha claimed otherwise) and went to warm up.
In the end what I got- for 160 rubles, I left my car in a convenient parking lot in Moscow for 7.5 hours. Isn't that nice?! Again, if I had time until 21.30, then the cost of parking for me was 60 rubles. This despite the fact that I did not give this money to anyone, but traveled by metro on my own business. Yes, I understand that it is more pleasant when the car is always within easy reach for the priests. But in warm weather, it’s more pleasant for me to walk around the center on foot, and the metro is very fast. Plus, you don't have to rack your brains looking for a place to stop. And since my sense of beauty is too elevated, then it does not allow me to leave the car in the wrong place to be torn apart by tow trucks, parkons and the contemptuous glances of pedestrians, so it can be doubly difficult and you still have to walk.
I liked the idea of intercepting parking, I will use it in the future. I would also like integration with a single card and we will be happy and an empty pedestrian center with cute red trams! =)

"Drop the car, go down to the subway!" - under this wonderful slogan, three years ago in Moscow they began to build parking lots at metro stations for those who nevertheless left home in their car, but changed their minds in time.

Then the experiment was on the verge of failure: no one wanted to leave the car. One of the parking lots was even almost converted into a trading floor. What about today? Take root intercepting parking?

According to the Moscow parking space, there are as many as 48 such sites in the city now. I decided to start with the one located near the Slavyansky Boulevard metro station - it lies exactly on my way to the editorial office.

The task was this: to get to Slavyansky Boulevard, leave the car there and go to the editorial office by metro. And try to keep within one hour - that's how much it takes my way to work by car.

Around 9 am on Wednesday, Kutuzovsky confidently crawled 20 kilometers an hour from the Moscow Ring Road to the center, and after 15 minutes I was at the coveted metro station. But then problems began: parking is located on the other side of the avenue. That is, a person who travels to the center of Moscow, and for whom the park and ride has been invented, will have to make a detour of 6 kilometers. And it seems to be not far, but all this - on a clogged highway. For 20 minutes I tried to turn back to the area.

I drive up to the subway, turn my head - where are the signs? Now the station is left behind, but the signs are still missing. Passed!

I'm leaving for the second "circle" - I turn around on the Aminevsky highway, I'm scratching to the center, I turn around on Minsk ... It's another 20 minutes. Slowly, slowly, I drive up to Slavyansky Boulevard again. And then I notice a small exit, and on it, about 50 meters from the highway, I can see a sign for an intercepting parking lot. It is unrealistic to notice him from Kutuzovsky. And the navigator will not help - for some reason he stubbornly tried to take me to the nearest gas station.

They know their own, but do not need strangers?

    I DID NOT WAIT

At the closed barrier, a guard in a blue down jacket sadly spread his hands. There are no seats. Finished at 7am! The 436-seat playground was packed to capacity.

We already have our own clientele here,” the guard explains. - Many people specially leave the house an hour earlier in order to be guaranteed to find a place. Those who are far from the metro go - mainly from the Mozhaisk highway. And at night it is empty again.

In general, the parking at Slavyansky Boulevard is open. It is a pity, of course, that there are not a thousand places on it. Or two thousand. But no matter how much you build for Moscow drivers, everything will not be enough. Cars are parked even at the only entrance to the parking lot. The most impudent comrades do not hesitate to leave their "stagecoaches" right on the lawn. That is, before it was a lawn, and now - a pile of torn dirt. Anti-parking bollards would come in very handy.

    GHOST PARKING

Having suffered a fiasco on Kutuzovsky, I rolled to the Maryina Roshcha metro station. Here, according to the Mosparking website, the parking lot is quite small - only 30 spaces. And the bus runs to the editorial office.

However, at the address indicated on the website - Sheremetyevskaya street, building 5, building 1 - there was no organized parking.

No, in the yard near the house, of course, cars were poked. On every second post there is an announcement: they say, this asphalt is only for local residents. And there is also a fenced area with a security booth - but it has nothing to do with intercepting parking.

By the way, in the list of “interceptors” on the website of the Moscow Metro, there is no parking near Maryina Roshcha. But Mosparking recommends it!

I combed the surrounding yards. And I didn't see a single sign that there was a parking lot somewhere. Neither on Sheremetyevskaya, nor on the third ring.

Maybe the signs were removed by cunning tenants so that no one would take “their” places?

I conclude that the experiment was unsuccessful for me, which cannot be said about my colleague Oleg Adamovich. He was more fortunate (see "And at this time").

    AND AT THIS TIME

And at Krasnogvardeyskaya and Shipilovskaya - a paradise for motorists ...

Parking and park near Krasnogvardeyskaya metro station was opened in April last year. About 500 parking spaces were built on the site of the former clothing market. At first, the parking lot was empty - people were not used to it. How about now?

At 9 am. I am driving along Musa Jalil Street, in front of the intersection with Orekhovy Boulevard. On the right, by the side of the road, there is a sign that next to the subway there is an intercepting parking lot waiting for me. The sign tells you to turn right at the traffic lights. Conveniently.

At the entrance to the parking lot itself, there is a scoreboard with the number of free spaces. The screen shows: 20.

You're still lucky, - said the guard. - Another half an hour - and we would have to go further. It's good that an intercepting parking lot was also opened at the neighboring station.

Security guards are still on duty around the cars. They not only look after the car, but also explain how payment machines work.

Near the station "Shipilovskaya" there are four parking lots for 450 places at once. I was also able to leave the car on them - the load is less than that of Krasnogvardeyskaya. It is understandable, the light green branch is freer than the green one.

...is the lawn more comfortable in Vykhino?

In Vykhino, the park and ride is rather big - almost 300 places. That's just, according to our photographer Vladimir Velengurin, who lives in these parts, people prefer the yards closest to the metro.

From the parking lot to the subway - a few hundred meters. And everyone tends to take places closer to the exit - so as not to go so far. At the same time, distant places are empty, but all the yards around Vykhino are packed. And those who do not fit in the driveways leave the cars right on the lawns, - our correspondent said.

At the same time, signs “stopping and parking are prohibited” were recently hung on all the surrounding streets. It turned out to be absurd: cars simply migrated from the roads to lawns. Although earlier, locals assure, there was parking on the streets and did not bother anyone.

    ON A NOTE

How does this parking lot work?

From 6.00 to 21.30 - free of charge. But only on the condition that at check-out you show used metro tickets for at least two trips. Do you plan to go to the nearest station, get out immediately and take a parking space all day for a ridiculous 56 rubles? Forget it. The guards have a special terminal for reading tickets. They make sure that the last trip is from another station.

If you are exposed, you will have to pay at the rate of 50 rubles per hour. 400 rubles will run up in a day - so we urge you to be conscious.

Night parking (from 21.30 to 6.00 am) costs 100 rubles.

If you did not pick up the car before 6 am the next day, the same rate of 50 rubles per hour is included.

    e_stranik to Parking Lots!

Ever since the park and ride was built at the station. m. " Slavyansky boulevard"I wanted to try it in action, but somehow there was no need. And yesterday I used it for the first time, I really didn’t want to go to the city center at 3 o’clock in the afternoon to get out of traffic jams at 6 o’clock in the evening. By the way, I went for a prize from Philips for participating in a competition in the community" Walks in Moscow", where I won the 3rd prize. Let's go back to the parking lot, it was completely filled, the electronic scoreboard showed only 4 free places (photos taken earlier). It turned out to be a very convenient thing. I'll tell you the rules of use.

    1. You enter the parking lot and get a parking card at the turnstile.
    2. Of course, park in a free space.
    3. Use the metro as usual, paying in any convenient way, including social cards. The main thing is to save tickets if you have one-time tickets.
    4. When returning to the station where the park and ride is located, there is a terminal next to the subway ticket offices. Attach the parking card, then your ticket, which recorded two trips, then again the parking card to record the payment. Under the condition of two trips by metro, the use of park and ride parking is FREE!!!

Everything is simple and clear, but at the parking lot itself there are rules on a 1x1 meter board and there is no time to read them completely when you are in a hurry somewhere. Why not make a brief picture with step-by-step actions, according to which everything will be immediately clear. For example, the cashier at the station explained the action plan to me. But it happens that there is a line at the checkout and she simply doesn’t have time for it.

I hope my story will help you overcome your fear of park and ride and save you time for other pleasures than being stuck in traffic.

I agree that there is not enough parking. There will not be enough cars for all the cars entering the city, so the cars will stand on the roadsides, in courtyards, etc., causing inconvenience to the residents of the city.
Do not take it as an advertisement, but I will give the addresses of the existing parking lots.

As of October 1, 2013, the Parking Service accepted 17 park and ride parks:

    1. YuAO "Annino" Varshavskoye shosse, 170 - 1048 parking spaces

    2. CJSC "Slavyansky Bulvar" Kutuzovsky pr. (in the region) - 426 parking spaces

    3. CJSC "Slavyansky Boulevard" Kutuzovsky pr. (in the region) - 446 parking spaces

    4. SZAO "Strogino" Stroginsky Boulevard, vl. 14 - 100 parking spaces

    5. SZAO "Volokolamskaya" Novotushinsky proezd, vl. 8, bldg. 1 - 299 car spaces

    6. South JSC "Zyablikovo" st. Ash at the intersection with the street. Voronezh - 289 parking spaces

    7. South JSC "Zyablikovo" st. Yasenevaya at the intersection with Orekhovy Boulevard - 107 parking spaces

    8. South JSC "Zyablikovo" st. Yasenevaya at the intersection with Orekhovy Boulevard - 110 parking spaces

    9. South JSC "Zyablikovo" st. Yasenevaya at the intersection with Orekhovy Boulevard - 32 parking spaces

    10. SAO "Shipilovskaya" Crossing st. Musa Jalil and st. Shipilovskaya - 65 parking spaces

    11. SAO "Shipilovskaya" Crossing st. Musa Jalil and st. Shipilovskaya - 68 parking spaces

    12. SAO "Shipilovskaya" Crossing st. Musa Jalil and st. Shipilovskaya - 115 parking spaces

Yesterday, for the first time, I left my car in an intercepting parking lot near the Slavyansky Boulevard metro station. It turned out that everything is organized quite decently and intuitively clear. There are parking and payment rules both on the website and at the checkpoint. Moreover, the explanations are published both in text format and in the form of pictures. So anyone will understand them: from a professor to a locksmith :-).
However, parking is free only until 21.30. After that, the night rate comes into force, which will cost you some unfortunate 100 rubles for the time before 6 in the morning. Now about the most important thing, about how to get free parking. To do this, you need to make at least two trips on the metro in one and, save the fare card.
The fact is that when you enter the metro parking lot, you press the button to open the barrier and get a parking plastic card. In no case should you lose it, otherwise the fine is 500 rubles! So, in order for parking to be free, you need to attach this card at the metro ticket office to a special yellow information reader, and then attach the metro ticket from which the trips of that day were written off. After this procedure, you will need to attach the parking card again and the information from the ticket will be recorded on it. If you have not exceeded the time limit, then you will not have to pay anything else.
I had to fork out for 100 rubles, because. I picked up the car around midnight from the parking lot. For such night owls, there is a parking payment terminal right on the parking lot. You need to insert a parking card into it and select a cash or non-cash payment method. By the way, I recommend starting the car first, because. exit from the parking area after payment is valid only for 15 minutes.
I liked the underground parking much more than the Moscow parking. Here, in extreme cases, there are living guards-administrators who work around the clock. So if there are problems or something is not clear, they advise and help. Here, no one will take your car to a penalty parking lot, and the price of the issue is completely different.
I went to Afimall City and spent the whole evening there. If we calculate the costs, we get the following comparison:
    1. METRO PARKING: Ticket for 2 trips to the metro - 80 rubles + payment at the night rate - 100 rubles, total 180 rubles. At the same time, I needed to drive only 2 stops;
    2. MOSCOW PARKING: 2 hours (from 18:00 to 20:00) 80 rubles each, then 130 rubles/hour until 23:00, total 160+390 = 550 rubles.
True, this center also has its own underground parking. There, the cost of parking, as I heard, is about 150 rubles for 4-6 hours, but I won’t undertake to say. And not the fact that there will be places.
The summary is that if you need to go to the city center for a long time, then leaving the car in the underground parking lot is cheap, convenient and safe. If you drive to the Garden Ring area, where parking costs 40 rubles per hour, then you can use Moscow parking. This is the financial side of the issue.
As for me, I can manage a few stops on the metro, but I probably wouldn’t dare to go with a bunch of transfers and would prefer to pay one-time, but not in the most expensive zone.
