Ingredients:

  • two oranges;
  • half a kilo of cherries;

  • two tablespoons of cherry tincture;
  • mint leaves;
  • confectionery flowers for decoration.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the rind off the oranges and cut into thin strips. You can immediately use the special part of the vegetable peeler.
  2. We remove the white skin and membranes from the peeled oranges, cut the fruits into slices.
  3. We take out the bones from the cherry. This can be done using a hairpin.
  4. Mix fruits and berries in one saucepan.
  5. We add one hundred and seventy-five milliliters of water, cinnamon and sugar there, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
  6. Leave to cook until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
  7. Add wine, zest and starch, diluted with two tablespoons of water.
  8. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  9. Remove from stove and let cool.
