  1. I preheat the oven to 220 gr. Sow flour and mix with baking powder. I add soda, salt, put rast. oil and rub the mass with a fork to make a large crumb.
  2. I add kefir and mix the dough. I roll out half of the batch into a ball, press down the cake and, using a glass, cut out 6 blanks for buns. I also develop the rest of the dough.

  3. I mix sugar and poppy seeds together. I roll out the dough into a layer, smear it with sl. butter, sprinkle with poppy-sugar mixture.
  4. I form a roll, cut into pieces. I send it to bake in the oven at 180 gr. After cooking, I leave for 30 minutes under a towel so that the pastries reach.
