How to prepare apricot juice with pulp for the winter


In winter, it's nice to open a jar of delicious juice with pulp. My kids always ask me to make as many of these canned sugars as possible. Treat your family members with a wonderful drink!

Ingredients per liter jar:

  • half a kilo of apricots;
  • half a teaspoon citric acid;
  • sugar to taste;
  • water as needed.

How to prepare apricot juice with pulp for the winter:

  1. Wash the apricots and remove the pit from each fruit. Place the apricot halves in a suitable saucepan.
  2. Pour water into the pan - you need to half fill the space occupied by the fruits.
  3. Cover the dish with a lid and put on a small fire. When it boils, wait another 10 minutes and turn off the stove.
  4. Puree the apricots in a blender. If you do not have this device, pass the fruits through a sieve along with the liquid from the pan.
  5. Put sugar (about a couple of tablespoons per pound of apricots) and citric acid into the resulting mass. Add water.
  6. Boil the workpiece and take a sample. If the taste seems too harsh for you, then pour a little more water and add sugar.
  7. When you are satisfied with the condition of the juice with pulp, let it boil for another 10 minutes, and then pour into sterile jars and roll up. Turn the container over and wait to cool.

Note: this recipe involves the use of apricots of any degree of maturity, except for green ones.

Products:

  • 5 kilograms of apricots;
  • kilogram of sugar;
  • 10 grams of citric acid;

How to make juice from apricots for the winter without a juicer:

  1. Wash the apricots and cut out unusable areas. Remove the seeds and pass the fruit through a meat grinder.
  2. Warm water, put sugar with citric acid in it. Boil for about three minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix the liquid with the juice and cook over a low flame. Do not forget to stir, otherwise the twist will burn.
  4. When the juice boils, remove the foam and cook for another 10 minutes, then pour the product into sterile containers and roll up. Cover and wait to cool.

Tip: store seamings in a cool place - on the balcony or in the cellar.

Juice from apricots through a juicer without sugar

Ingredients:

Preparing juice from apples and apricots:

  2. Pour water into the juicer and boil. Arrange the fruits in the appropriate grid. Sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Place a juice collector on the pan of the juicer, and on top - a grid with apples and apricots. Cover with a lid, close the tube for draining the juice with a clamp. Wait until the product begins to boil actively, and reduce the flame.
  4. After half an hour, open the juice tap and drain the first juice. Place it back in the bowl. This is necessary so that the drink is absolutely sterile.
  5. Turn off the stove one hour after the first drain. Wait about 20 minutes and pour the drink into sterile containers. Roll up.

Note: for more flavor, you can add other berries with fruits.

Apricot and pear juice


I like pear and apricot drink. Closing the product is not difficult at all, and it is very pleasant to open it in winter!

You will need:

  • 250 grams of apricots;
  • 3 pears;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • water as needed
  1. Wash the apricots and remove the pits. Wash the pears too, cut into quarters and cut out the seeds. After that, cut them into several more pieces and pass them along with the apricots through a juicer.
  2. Add sugar to the juice, mix and put on the stove. Boil for ten minutes. Don't forget to remove the foam.
  3. While hot, pour the juice into sterile containers and close. Wrap, turn over and wait to cool.

Store in a dark closet.

Apricot-plum juice "Frutolino"

The combination of apricots and plums is very unusual. My husband is a fan of this drink. For him, I am constantly preparing winter preservation.

Products:

  • kilogram of apricots;
  • kilogram of plums;
  • sugar - to taste;
  • water - as needed;
  • citric acid - a pinch.

How to make "Frutolino":

  1. Rinse the fruits, cut off the damaged areas. Take the bones out of them.
  2. Puree the apricots and plums with a blender or food processor. Dilute the resulting mass with water and add sugar. Mix thoroughly and set on the stove.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat. After this time, add citric acid and cook for a couple more minutes.
  4. Pour hot juice into sterile jars and roll up.

Note: the drink can be stored at room temperature, however, the place should be dark.

We divide the apricots in half, remove the seeds, and put the pulp in a large container. You can use absolutely any apricots - both ripe and slightly greenish will do. So, when all the apricots are peeled, pour in cold water, the level of which will be 2-3 cm higher than the level of the apricots themselves, and place on the stove. Stir occasionally with a long wooden spoon so nothing sticks. You can safely mix without fear of damaging the halves. Closer to the very moment of boiling, a foam forms, which is not necessary to remove. So, our apricots boiled, we reduce the fire and boil them for 5-7 minutes. If the apricots are ripe and soft, then the cooking time can generally be reduced to 3-4 minutes. Our main task is to bring the fruit to a soft state in order to simplify the process of puree. When the specified time has elapsed, turn off the fire, and let the mass cool. And now we begin the process of grinding. To do this, we take a colander with not very small holes, collect apricots along with some water, pour into a colander, and as soon as the water drains, rub the fruit with our hands. Mix the resulting mass. It gets pretty thick. Pour water into it, bringing the juice with pulp to the desired density. Bring it to a boil over high heat. Now add sugar, and if the apricots used were very ripe and sweet, then you can slightly acidify it with lemon juice. After boiling, boil the juice for 10 minutes. After that, pour it into hot jars. At the same time, you need to collect juice so that the pulp is evenly distributed over the jars. Immediately roll up, turn over, cover and leave to cool. It is better to store such apricot juice with pulp in a cool place.

Apple and apricot juice for the winter

Ingredients:

  • apples - 5 kg;
  • apricots - 3 kg;
  • sugar - 700 g.

We clean the apples from the core, remove the seeds from the apricots. Squeeze juice from fruits. Pour it into a saucepan and put it on fire. Bring to a boil, but do not boil, and immediately turn it off. Next, add sugar, stir, bring the juice to a boil again and immediately pour it into prepared sterile jars.
