To prepare 2 liters of twist, I needed:

  • Cucumbers - 1200 g;
  • Garlic - 6 cloves;
  • Dill - 4 sprigs;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Horseradish leaves - 2 pcs.;
  • Cherry leaves - 4 pcs.;
  • Currant leaves - 4 pcs.;
  • Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons;
  • Black peppercorns - 6 pcs.;
  • Allspice sweet peas - 6 pcs.;
  • Chopped tarragon - 1 teaspoon;
  • 9% vinegar - 400 ml;
  • Water - 1 l;
  • Salts - 2 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 200 g.

How to cook: I pre-soak the cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours, then rinse well, cut off the edges.

  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Vegetable oils - 450 ml;
  • 6% vinegar - 100 ml;
  • Salts - 2 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons.

How to roll up: cucumbers after pre-soaking for several hours in cold water, washed, cut off the edges, cut into slices.

Onion and garlic peeled, washed. I cut the onions into rings, and pass the garlic cloves through the press.

I pour the boiling broth into jars with cucumbers, cover with boiled lids and send it to be sterilized for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils.

I carefully take out the sterilized preservation and immediately roll it up.

I wrap the jars upside down on the lid in a blanket and leave them to cool completely, and then send them to storage in the pantry.

The recipe is quite simple, but the result delights with its taste and pleasant crunch.

Salad of cucumbers, carrots and onions in Polish style in 0.5 l jars

I got an amazing salting recipe from one of my friends and liked all family members so much that it took root among other preparations for a long time. It turns out quite tasty sweet and sour cucumbers, which are worth a try.

For canning 2 half-liter jars I took:

  • Small cucumbers - 0.5 kg;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Medium-sized carrots - 1 pc.;
  • Small onion - 1 pc.;
  • A sprig of dill - 1 pc.;
  • A sprig of parsley - 1 pc.;
  • Black pepper with peas - 6 pcs.;
  • Allspice sweet peas - 6 pcs.;
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons;
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons;
  • 6% vinegar - 8 tablespoons.

How to preserve: after pre-soaking in cold water, wash the cucumbers and cut off the edges.

Wash the peeled onions and carrots and cut into slices.

I wash the peeled garlic and herbs, cut into several parts.

At the bottom of the jars washed with soda and sterilized, I put greens, mugs of carrots and onions, and pieces of garlic in equal amounts. I put cucumbers tightly on them, then pour salt, sugar, pepper, pour in vinegar.

I fill the filled jars with boiling water, cover with steamed lids, put the blanks in a pot of hot water and sterilize from the moment the water boils for about 5 minutes.

I carefully remove the cucumbers in jars from the pan and immediately seal them hermetically.

I send the inverted jars to cool under the covers, and then put them away for storage in the pantry.

In winter, from such cucumbers you just lick your fingers!

Salted cucumbers in Polish with butter and garlic

An excellent recipe allows you to cook a delicious cucumber delicacy with a slight sourness and a pleasant aroma of garlic. It's very easy and quick to make and absolutely everyone loves it.

I roll up in liter jars, for 6 pcs. it took me:

  • Cucumbers - 4 kg;
  • Garlic - 1 large head;
  • Parsley greens - 1 bunch;
  • Sunflower oil - 1 glass;
  • Vinegar - 1 cup;
  • Sugar - 200 g;
  • Salt - 4 tablespoons.

I prepare canned cucumbers like this: I pre-soak the fruits in cold water, then wash them, cut off the edges and spread them on a towel to dry, and then cut them into cubes 5-6 cm long.

I pass the peeled garlic through a press and mix it with cucumbers. I pour vinegar and oil there, add salt, sugar, chopped parsley. I mix everything thoroughly, leave it for a couple of hours so that the juice is released and pickled cucumbers.

After the required time has elapsed, I distribute the delicacy over sterilized jars, pour it with the formed juice, cover with steamed lids and send it to be sterilized for 20 minutes from the moment the water boils.

An indicator of readiness is the change in color of cucumbers from green to brownish. As soon as the color changes, I carefully take out the jars and seal them tightly. I wrap the inverted seams in a blanket and keep it like that until it cools, and then I transfer it to the pantry.

Crispy cucumbers in winter go well with potatoes, meat and other dishes.

“Note to the hostess”: in order to successfully roll up cucumbers in Polish, you should take a responsible approach to the choice of products. For harvesting in general, small fruits are suitable, the length of which does not exceed 10 cm. Cucumbers, the size of which is larger, are best cut into slices or longitudinal bars.

Garlic for seaming should be mature, not young. It is desirable to use it in crushed form, according to the recommendations of the recipe.

Cucumbers pickled in Polish can be stored at room temperature for a year if they are cooked without breaking the technology. They are perfect ingredient for Olivier salad and other dishes that use pickled cucumbers.
