    Finely chop the onion and send it to the pan to fry over medium heat, where the vegetable and butter are already heated.

    Cook the onion, stirring, until soft.

    Add the radish to the onion and sauté for a couple more minutes.

    Then pour one and a half cups of hot water or vegetable broth over the vegetables. Add spices and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

    After that, beat the soup with a blender until smooth.

    Add cream to soup and stir.

    Separately, fry the minced meat in a pan, stirring it so that the lumps are small.

    Cook minced meat until golden brown.
