Cereals for breakfast should be eaten at least several times a week, because they contain fiber, vitamins and minerals, which are so necessary for our body. They are very nutritious and are recommended for dietary purposes. So if you care about your health and figure, porridge for breakfast is what you need!

Ingredients:
hercules - 1 cup
milk - 1 glass
water - 1 glass
half an apple
butter - 20 gr.
granulated sugar - 3 tsp

This amount makes 3 servings of porridge.
Type of equipment used: multicooker-pressure cooker REDMOND RMC-PM4506, volume
5 l, power 900 W

Pour oatmeal into the bottom of the multicooker.

Pour the oatmeal with milk and water (or only milk, or only water - depending on your preferences and goals). Add sugar, salt and a piece of butter.

Close the lid and turn on the “Milk porridge / Cereals” cooking program for 10 minutes, while the valve must be in the “Closed” position (under pressure).

Wash the apple and cut in half. You only need half an apple. Remove seeds, cut off a few slices for decoration. Peel the rest of the skin and cut into small cubes.

After a sound signal about the end of the program, relieve pressure - move the valve to the "Open" position and open the lid.
Put the apple cubes into the porridge.

Stir and let the porridge stand for another 5 minutes under a closed lid. The apple will share its taste and aroma with the porridge, and it will become much more interesting and tastier.
Arrange the finished porridge on portioned plates and lay out apple slices as a decoration. You can add any dried fruits and sweet peas.

  • 2 cups of oatmeal (Hercules or others);
  • 2 cups of milk;
  • 1 cup of water;
  • 1-2 large sour hard apples;
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons brown sugar (can be replaced with white);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 20 g butter.

Cooking process:

Pour oatmeal into the multicooker bowl, after washing them in a sieve (if necessary). There are flakes that do not require washing.

Peel the apples, cut the flesh from the stalk and cut into small cubes.

Add chopped apples, sugar, salt, ground cinnamon to the cereal. Fill everything with water and milk. Place a piece of butter on top.
If you decide to make porridge as healthy as possible and add honey instead of sugar, cook unsweetened porridge, and add honey directly to the plate, otherwise it will lose some of its beneficial properties.

Close the multicooker and turn on the "Milk porridge" mode. The processor itself will determine the cooking time - usually about 25 minutes. Do not open the multicooker while cooking in the “Milk porridge” mode, otherwise the processor will record the release of pressure in the pan and start the program again.
If there is no such mode, turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 30 minutes.

Everything! Oatmeal porridge is ready. Add extra butter, honey or sugar to your taste right on the plate.

Oatmeal with apples cooked in a slow cooker is the very case that easily proves that even from the simplest products, if desired, you can cook amazing dishes. As usual, most housewives cook with milk or paired with water. But it turns out no less tasty and on water alone, especially if it is supplemented with fruits (dried or fresh). With such additions, the notorious oatmeal acquires both a more attractive appearance and simply unimaginably amazing taste, which even those who categorically deny it will surely be able to appreciate. An apple for making such porridge can be used directly with or without a peel - this is already a master's business. And the addition of dried fruits here will also not be superfluous.

Ingredients:

  • 1 multi-cup regular oatmeal (Hercules);
  • 3 multi-glasses of water;
  • 20 g butter (you can do without it);
  • a handful of pitted raisins (prunes and/or dried apricots);
  • small apple;
  • a teaspoon of sugar sand;
  • a pinch or two of salt - to taste;
  • half a coffee spoon of ground cinnamon;
  • a quarter of a coffee spoon of nutmeg.
  • If desired, you can easily replace granulated sugar with honey or fructose, and use ground ginger, cloves or citrus zest as aromatic and flavoring additives. The taste of porridge will be even more interesting if it is supplemented with fresh banana, mashed.
  • Cooking time in a slow cooker - 50 minutes.
  • The number of servings is 2.

How to cook oatmeal with apples in a slow cooker:

Rinse the raisins thoroughly (if they are very dry and hard, soak in water for several minutes) and discard in a strainer or simply wipe. Rinse the apple, remove the seed box with grains and cut into thin slices of any shape and size (at your discretion). And if you grind an apple in mashed potatoes (in a blender or using the smallest grater), then it will simply get lost in oatmeal and will be barely noticeable to the eye (except for taste).

Put all the products and spices in a clean, dry multicooker bowl, fill with water (preferably heat it first) and mix.

Close the multicooker, set the program "Milk porridge", cooking time 45 minutes.

And as soon as the cherished signal sounds, announcing the end of the operation of the device, you can immediately open the lid, lay out the finished oatmeal with an apple on plates and serve it to the table.

Today I propose to cook oatmeal with apples in a slow cooker.
Oat grains are practically unprocessable, they simply remove the top layer of coarse husks and press them well so that they are better boiled.
All useful substances are stored in such cereals, so oatmeal is an excellent option for a quick and at the same time healthy breakfast or snack. And if you also cook oatmeal in a slow cooker, then you can say with confidence that such porridge will be even more healthy, tasty and rich.
For variety, you can add nuts, raisins, dried fruits, berries or fruits to oatmeal. Everyone in my family loves oatmeal with apples. I try to take red sweet apples, then the porridge turns out to be more tasty and beautiful.
Now in stores there are a lot of instant oatmeal with all kinds of additives. In such a porridge, the flakes are thinner, so you don’t need to cook it, just pour boiled water over it. But neither speed of preparation nor tempting fillers can replace full-fledged cereals and fresh fruits. Therefore, do not be lazy and cook your own oatmeal with apples in a slow cooker!

Ingredients:

  • Apple - two;
  • Oatmeal - a glass;
  • Butter - thirty grams;
  • Sugar (honey) and salt.

Cooking:

To prepare oatmeal with apples in a slow cooker, prepare oatmeal, apples, butter, sugar (honey) and salt.
Wash the apple well and cut into small pieces.

Put oatmeal, chopped apples and butter on the bottom of the multicooker container. Fill everything with water, depending on preferences: if you like liquid oatmeal - pour two glasses, thick - one is enough.

At the very end, add sugar (honey) and add a little.
We cook porridge in the "Porridge" mode for twenty-five minutes.

Products:

  • Oatmeal - 1 multi-cup (or 160 ml)
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Raisins - 1/2 multi-cup
  • Water - 3 multi-glasses
  • a piece of butter - when serving on a plate

A great start to the day for children and adults starts with healthy oatmeal. And if you add an apple and raisins to it, then the benefits will only double or even triple. Oatmeal will give children energy for the whole day and will have a beneficial effect on the intestines. But oatmeal contains gluten, so it should be given to children under one year of age with caution.

Or on the water, in this recipe we will consider the second option.

Oatmeal in the Polaris slow cooker with apple and raisins:

1. Prepare one multi-glass of oatmeal, one washed apple and half a multi-glass of washed raisins. It turned out to be too much raisins for my taste, next time I will reduce it by half.

2. Peel and pit the apple. Grate on a fine grater.

3. Put oatmeal, grated apple and clean raisins into the multicooker bowl.

4. Add three multi-glasses of water and stir.

5. Set the program "oatmeal" for 5 minutes. I cook oatmeal in the Polaris 0517 slow cooker. In this model, the countdown will start only after 15-20 minutes (the porridge will boil for some time and only then the countdown will start). Therefore, it will be ready in about 20-25 minutes. It seemed to me that there was too much time for instant porridge, so I opened the porridge without waiting for the sound signal and it was already ready.

I really liked the porridge - slightly thin and moderately sweet. But I didn’t like the “oatmeal” mode, as the cooking time dragged on for 25 minutes. Next time I will try to cook it in the "multi-cook" mode with my own settings.

6. Oatmeal in the slow cooker turned out to be watery and soft - just what you need for children.

7. For the younger child, I pureed the finished porridge with a blender.

8. Put a piece of butter in the finished porridge. Thanks to raisins and apples, oatmeal turned out sweet even without sugar.
