Today I will talk about a simple way to cook a goose with apples in a slow cooker. It turns out a very refined and unusual dish that is suitable for a family or festive dinner.

How to cook goose with apples in a slow cooker

Wash the meat well with water. Divide goose legs into thigh and drumstick. Cut off pieces of meat from each part, if desired, you can leave it as a whole.

Select the "Baking" program, add olive oil and heat up. Spread goose meat, salt and cook under a closed lid for half an hour. During this time, the goose will brown well on one side.


Peel the bulbs from the husk and rinse under the tap. Cut the vegetable into small pieces. Onion is an optional ingredient, so it can be added in large or small amounts depending on personal preference.

Required Ingredients:

  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.;
  • garlic - 8 cloves;

Cooking process:

Divide the prepared and washed goose carcass into four parts.

Peel and mince the garlic with a garlic press. Mix minced garlic with black pepper. Black pepper can be replaced with a mixture of peppers.

Rub the mixture into each piece of goose. Salt in the preparation of this dish does not need to be used, as the soy sauce will give enough saltiness.
