  • Edam cheese - 250 g

  • Pitted olives - 30 g
  • Dill greens - 5 g
  • Parsley - 5 g
  • Fresh basil - 5 g
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water, leaving it slightly firm.
  2. Cut cheese and ham into strips on a cutting board.
  3. Cut the tomato and sweet pepper into slices.
  4. Mix all the prepared cuts and add to the boiled pasta.
  5. Add mayonnaise to the salad, stir the salad, place in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and olives.

Instead of store-bought mayonnaise, you can make homemade mayonnaise. This sauce will be tastier and healthier than store-bought sauce. And the cost is comparable to the purchased one. You will need: a food processor or blender. Place a few egg yolks and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl. Beat the yolks with the mustard with a whisk (blender knife). While whisking, pour sunflower oil into the bowl in a thin stream at the rate of: for 1 yolk - approximately 100 grams of oil. Season the resulting sauce with lemon juice or vinegar. Add salt. Spice up. If the mayonnaise turns out thick, then add one tablespoon of any cold liquid (water, lemon juice, wine). Whisk everything. We get mayonnaise with a unique taste!

All components of this recipe can always be found in any refrigerator. And preparing it will not take much time, which is important for any student.

Ingredients:

  • Medium sized tomatoes - 3-4 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Onion (medium) - 1 piece
  • Greens (any kind possible)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Boiled or smoked sausage
  • Boiled pasta
  • Vinegar
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings and, in order to remove the bitterness from the onion, marinate it in vinegar.
  2. Place the boiled and cooled pasta into a large bowl.
  3. If the peel is bitter, peel the cucumbers and cut them into medium pieces, not allowing the cucumbers to “release” the juice.
  4. Chop the greens and add to the pasta.
  5. Cut the sausage into strips.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add sausage and tomatoes to bowl with pasta.
  7. Squeeze out the excess liquid a little from the onion and add it to a common bowl.
  8. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise. Stir.
