How to cook kupaty in the oven with potatoes

To prepare this dish you will need chilled semi-finished meat products. You can buy them in any meat department in the store. This time I have upata made from minced chicken and pork with the addition of pieces of lard. You can choose semi-finished products from other meats. If you have a desire, you can prepare sausages or. To do this, you will need intestines and meat, which must be twisted through a minced meat grinder.

Prepare the potatoes, peel and cut into small random wedges or other pieces.

Alternatively, tubers can be cut using a grater.

Place the slices in a deep pan, add chopped onion and garlic to taste.

For aromatic taste and golden brown crust, lightly season and marinate the potatoes. Add sour cream or mayonnaise, vegetable oil, and a little apricot jam to it.
