The advantage of this dish is that mayonnaise is needed here in minimal quantities, since some layers do not need to be coated at all - for example, a layer of fried mushrooms does not need to be coated with mayonnaise at all, a layer with pineapple needs to be coated with a minimum, or even does not need to be coated with mayonnaise at all . The chicken layer is also spread with a thin layer, as it comes after the juicy fried mushrooms.

    Step 1: Boil the eggs

    Cook the eggs for 10 minutes. Then cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

    Step 2: Fry the onions

    Cut the onion into half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the onion until translucent and golden brown.

    Step 3: Chop the mushrooms and add to the onions

    I used champignons. I washed the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. If the mushrooms are dirty, it is better to clean them. In general, you can simply rinse the champignons without removing the film from the cap. Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Salt and pepper. The layer of mushrooms plays a very important role in this salad, so it is important to fry them correctly so that neither the mushrooms nor the onions burn, but simmer until golden brown. As soon as the mushrooms are fried, transfer them from the pan to a separate bowl. At the same time, try to leave as much oil in the pan as possible.

    Step 4: Cutting the Pineapples

    The salad is layered, so the pineapples need to be cut into small pieces. To prevent precious juice from leaking out, take the sharpest knife. It is more convenient to chop pineapples with washers (rings), so I recommend using them.

    Step 5: Cutting the smoked breast

    I had half a smoked chicken breast. It needs to be cut into small cubes. Smoked chicken breast is cut very conveniently - you can cut an even layer from a whole piece, then cut it into strips, then into cubes.

    Step 6: Trem Cheese

    Cheese is the top layer of the salad, which also serves as its decoration. Therefore, you need to grate the cheese on a fine grater. Please note that not every cheese grates well. For example, don’t take Gouda, grating Gouda on a fine grater is just torture, it sticks to the grater and clogs the holes. Choose your cheese for salads empirically, and in this matter it is better to avoid risks and surprises.

    Step 7: Place the mushrooms

    We begin to form the salad. This salad has many colorful layers, so I recommend making it either in a removable form or in a deep, clear bowl so that all the layers are visible. Of course, the most ideal option is a portioned form for preparing puff salads. If you, like me, love to surprise guests, I advise you to buy such a uniform. At first glance, it seems that such a display is accessible only to the gods of cooking, but everything is much simpler. Even my first grader made a salad the first time.
    So, put the mushrooms in the first layer. We DO NOT lubricate this layer with mayonnaise; it is quite juicy on its own.

    Step 8: Add a layer of smoked breast

    Breast with mushrooms is a wonderful combination and complete harmony of flavors. If you are making a salad in a mold, each layer must be compacted tightly. Exotic salad with pineapple and chicken breast is an excellent appetizer for the holiday table. It differs from the usual “Olivier” in its originality and will help to pleasantly surprise guests. Moreover, such a snack always turns out juicy, tasty and light.

The dressing for the snack under discussion can be prepared in various ways, but in the classic version it is prepared on the basis of mayonnaise. Cooking with smoked flavor

Smoked meat will make the treat especially piquant and unusual. Beijing cabbage has a neutral taste, but it will add juiciness to the dish. In addition to smoked breast (170 g) and cabbage (210 g), take: 120 g of fresh or frozen pineapple, salt, mayonnaise to taste, egg, ground black pepper.

  1. The first step is to prepare the Chinese cabbage - rinse, dry with paper towels and finely chop.
  2. Smoked chicken breast is cut into strips and mixed with vegetables in a large deep dish.
  3. If you use frozen pineapple, you must first defrost it at room temperature. Fresh fruit is immediately cut into thin slices and sent to the rest of the components.
  4. All that remains is to add the hard-boiled egg, grated on a coarse grater, into the bowl.
  5. All products are sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste.

Season with mayonnaise immediately before serving.

Recipe for layered pineapple salad with chicken

This version of the recipe includes canned champignons. 420 g of mushrooms will be enough. Also used: 350 g of boiled chicken meat, 280 g of any hard cheese, 4 selected eggs, salt, 180 g of mayonnaise.

  1. All products are immediately ready to be laid out in layers, except eggs. They are hard-boiled.
  2. Next, you can form the salad.
  3. The first layer will be shredded chicken meat, sprinkled with salt and greased with mayonnaise.
  4. Next come: canned champignons without liquid from a jar, diced pineapple, again salt and mayonnaise, finely grated eggs.
  5. The last one is hard cheese, grated on a grater with the largest cells.

Chicken breast salad with pineapples, prepared according to this recipe, can be placed immediately in portions into small bowls.

With the addition of pomegranate

This variation of salad is little known to modern housewives. But it definitely deserves the attention of culinary experts. Pomegranate seeds add an interesting sour note to the appetizer. In addition to half the fruit, you need to prepare: 320 g chicken fillet, 260 g canned pineapple, salt, 140 g light mayonnaise.

  1. The meat is boiled until fully cooked in salted water. When it has cooled completely, cut the chicken into miniature pieces.
  2. Chicken slices are laid out in a deep salad bowl.
  3. Next, pineapple cubes and pomegranate, divided into grains, are sent into the same container.
  4. All that remains is to add salt, grease with mayonnaise and serve.

To make the snack dietary, you need to use a low-calorie sauce for dressing.

Diet chicken salad with pineapple and celery

Even those on a strict diet can safely eat this unusual treat. The main thing is to choose a light sauce for it. If you don’t need to think about calories, you should take regular mayonnaise for dressing (3 tbsp). The recipe includes: a can of canned pineapple, salt, 4 stalks of celery, 480 g of chicken fillet.

  1. The chicken is boiled for half an hour in salted water. When the meat has cooled, it is finely cut with a sharp knife.
  2. Pineapple slices from a jar are lightly squeezed out of the syrup, after which each of them is cut into 6 pieces.
  3. Celery stalks are thoroughly washed and, if necessary, cleaned with brushes.
  4. In a spacious salad bowl, all the listed prepared ingredients are combined, lightly salted and seasoned with mayonnaise or the chosen sauce.

Serve immediately after mixing.

With added corn

Fans of sweet and salty combinations in appetizers will definitely love this salad option. Canned corn will make the dish more juicy and crunchy (1 can). In addition, you will use: 480 g of canned pineapple rings, 220 g of mayonnaise, 5 selected chicken eggs, salt, 1 chicken breast, mayonnaise to taste, 210 g of any hard cheese.

  1. Boil the chicken in salted water with a bay leaf until fully cooked. When it has cooled a little, you can cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a suitable salad bowl. If the treat is planned to be served at the holiday table, portioned serving will look impressive. In this case, the ingredients are immediately laid out in small bowls or wide glasses.
  2. The syrup is drained from the pineapple, after which the fruit is cut into small cups and sent to the chicken.
  3. Eggs are hard-boiled and cut in any convenient way.
  4. Cheese – crushed into cubes. Some housewives prefer to grate it on a grater with the largest meshes, but in this case the product will not be felt enough in the salad.
  5. Eggs, corn from a can and cubes of cheese are also poured into the rest of the ingredients.

Warm salad with pineapples and chicken breast

It's a recipe with an Italian twist, complete with unexpected ingredients like green peas and peanuts. It will be based on chicken breast (430 g). The recipe will also include: 160g long rice, 320g fresh pineapple slices, 90g frozen green peas, salt, 60g salted peanuts, 40ml quality olive oil, half a lemon, 15g peanut butter, ground pepper.

  1. Pre-defrosted green peas are dipped in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then doused with ice water and dried.

Usually, we prepare salads for the holidays that everyone loves: Olivier, with crab sticks, Bride, Mimosa, with squid. Men love them very much because of their nutritious and rich taste.

But we women sometimes want to eat something more tender than pickled onions or pickled cucumbers. The products are all very affordable and can be purchased at any store near your home. Also, all the salad ingredients can be mixed, not just laid out in layers, but also combined in your own way.

Salad with canned pineapple and chicken (chicken breast) and cheese layers

This salad looks very beautiful in a transparent salad bowl or on a flat plate. To see the layers, you can use any round shape, some make it from cardboard, others use a biscuit ring if it is small.

For the salad we use chicken fillet or breast, but you can take any well-boiled chicken meat, cut off the drumsticks, for example. The meat just needs to be cut and chewed well.

Remember that for salads we cook any meat in hot water so that the protein curls and all the meat juice remains inside and does not go into the broth, but if we cook soups, then on the contrary, we begin to cook the meat in cold water, gradually bringing it to a boil so that the meat juice goes into the broth.

But this is so, a digression, you can also add fresh cucumber to this salad, then freshness will appear. But it is better to peel the cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • 1 boiled chicken fillet
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 pineapple slices
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • Mayonnaise

Chop the boiled chicken and put it in a container.

Open the jar of pineapples and cut them. I cut them even if I bought them in pieces. It seems to me that their size is too large for a delicate salad.

  • Smoked chicken meat - 0.4 kg
  • Canned pineapples – 200 gr
  • Bell pepper – 1 piece

  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. l.

The cheese needs to be cooled and sliced. It is better to take hard varieties, because they do not smear on the knife.

Grind eggs or three and place them first next to the mayonnaise.
