  • 2 fresh avocados (I don’t mean those that were left in the store)
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green apple (“Golden” or “Semerinka” - they are very juicy and sweet and sour)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon

How to make avocado and cucumber salad

  1. The avocado needs to be cut lengthwise along the body and the pit removed. Peel the skin and cut into small cubes.
  2. Washed cucumbers should be cut as well.
  3. Peel and core the apple and cut it like cucumbers and avocados.
  4. Hard-boil two eggs for the salad, chop finely.
  5. Crush the garlic in a garlic press.
  6. Mix all the ingredients of the salad, season with olive oil and lemon juice, and add salt to taste.

  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Feta cheese - 150 grams
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beautiful salad with avocado, cucumber and shrimp

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp - 0.5 kg
  • Avocado - 2 fruits
  • Lettuce - 5 leaves
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Grapefruit - 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill - a few twigs
  • Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons
First, let's prepare the marinade. Mix a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil with lemon juice. Chop the garlic, add to the oil, and add salt. Pour the marinade over the shrimp and leave for half an hour. Lightly fry the marinated shrimp in olive oil. Take a soft avocado, peel it, remove the pit, and cut it into pieces. Cut the cucumber into slices. Place shrimp, avocado and cucumber in a bowl. Finely chop the dill, add grapefruit juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, and any vinegar. Season the salad with avocado.

Step 1: Prepare the cucumbers.

Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly with warm running water, and then dry the vegetables with disposable paper towels to remove excess moisture from their peels. Speaking of the peel, be sure to check what it tastes like, and if you feel bitterness, be sure to cut it off with a knife so as not to spoil the salad. Cut the cucumbers prepared in this way into small cubes or slices.

Step 2: Prepare the avocado.



Cut the avocado lengthwise, without cutting to the pit, and then simply spread them in different directions, gradually turning them around the center. Free the fruit pulp from the peel, remove the hard stone. Cut the avocado into small cubes, preferably the same size as the cucumber pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the greens.



Rinse the cilantro greens with warm running water, pat dry with towels, and then cut into small pieces.

Step 4: Prepare the green onions.



Rinse the onion and dry. Place on a cutting board, remove the whitish base, and cut the rest crosswise into rings.

Step 5: Prepare the garlic.



Peel the garlic clove and cut into small cubes. You can, of course, mash it in a mortar or with a special press, but I prefer with a knife.

Step 6: Mix the salad.



Place avocado and cucumber pieces in one plate, add cilantro, onion, garlic, ground black pepper and salt. Stir gently to avoid mashing the avocado flesh. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime directly into the salad, while holding the seeds and pulp with a tablespoon so that they do not get into the salad. Mix all the ingredients together again. Cover the salad bowl with cling film, place in the refrigerator and leave for 15-30 minutes. As soon as the required time has passed, serve the finished salad to the table.

Step 7: Serve the cucumber and avocado salad.



Serve the prepared cucumber and avocado salad as an independent dish. Enjoy its light taste, combining juicy crunchy cucumber and buttery avocado pulp, seasoned with aromatic herbs and citrus juice.

This tasty and light salad contains only benefits, nothing extra. Can serve as an independent dish, and in addition to appetizers on the holiday table.

  • Fresh cucumber.
  • Avocado.

  • Avocado.
  • Lettuce leaves.
  • Onion (preferably red).

  • Garlic – 3 cloves.
  • Lemon, pepper, parsley, oil, salt.

Avocado salad recipe:

  1. Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water, cut or tear them with your hands, they say this is healthier.
  2. Cut the cucumber into slices. Divide the tomatoes into slices, preferably thin.

  • Tomatoes, large – 2 pcs.
  • Sweet pepper, large.
  • Cucumbers – 200 gr.
  • Bulb.
  • Lettuce leaves – 150 gr.
  • Dijon mustard - 2 large spoons.
  • Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons.
  • Salt, dill, sunflower oil.

How to make avocado and cucumber salad:

  1. Drain the liquid from the tuna can and chop the large pieces.
  2. Peel the fruit and divide into cubes.
  3. Do the same with cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes - cut everything into small cubes.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the fresh dill as finely as possible.
  5. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl (you can tear them smaller), add vegetables, tuna and avocado.
  6. Dressing: Place the mustard, oil and juice in a blender and mix the dressing. Don't forget the salt.
  7. Pour into salad and mix well.

Salad with shrimp, avocado and cucumber

Seafood salad can win any heart, and this variation of avocado with shrimp is no exception. Plus - an abundance of spices and herbs; once you try it, you will never forget the dish.

  • Shrimp – 500 gr.
  • Cucumber.
  • Avocado.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Salt, mint leaves, a sprig of thyme, thyme, allspice, olive oil.
