    Decorate the stem of the mushroom. To do this, first dip its blunt end into the egg white that we have left after kneading the dough, and then dip it in poppy seeds.

    Place the caps and stems of the mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, and then place the cookies in it to bake. It will only take fifteen minutes.

    Using a knife, we will make a small indentation in the middle of the hat (from the inside).

    In order to connect the stems and caps we prepare a sweet sticky syrup. To do this, melt sugar and honey in a thick-bottomed frying pan. This will only take four minutes.

    When the sticky syrup is ready, we will dip the stems into it (with the blunt end) and then insert them into the recesses of the caps.

    We leave our mushrooms for 15 minutes so that the sweet syrup hardens and the legs stick well to the caps. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Hats should be dipped in it.

    Let the chocolate on the caps harden, and then the Mushroom cookies can be served.
