Before you start preparing the salad:
- carrots, potatoes, eggs, beets should be boiled and peeled in advance;
- cook pork meat;
- sort the nuts, fry and chop if necessary;
- peel the garlic and pass through a press;
- Remove pomegranate seeds from peels and films.

4. Boil the carrots, peel them and grate them using a grater. Season with mayonnaise and pepper.
5. Place the carrot layer on top of the meat layer, level it with a spoon, giving the salad its shape.
6. Boil the potatoes, peel them and grate them with a coarse grater. Mix with mayonnaise.

7. Place the potato mixture around the glass.
8. Place the nuts in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Place half on top of the potato mixture. In fact, you don’t have to put the nuts in a separate layer, but simply add them to the final beet mass, so as not to bother. However, if you definitely want to get a multi-colored multi-layer salad, we do it according to the rules.
9. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Season with mayonnaise.
10. Place the egg mixture on the previous nut layer. Level with a spoon.
11. Peel the beets, rub them with a coarse grater, add the remaining nuts, chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.
12. Transfer the final layer to the resulting puff salad ring.
13. Carefully remove the glass from the center of the Garnet bracelet. To do this, do not jerk it sharply upward - this can damage the layered structure of the salad. We rotate it around its own axis, carefully pulling it out of the structure. As soon as we remove the glass, coat the salad on all sides with mayonnaise.

7. On a flat round dish, place a glass upside down, around which we form the first layer - potato. Lightly compact, especially at the border with the glass, and grease with mayonnaise.

8. Then place the pork cubes. Cover with mayonnaise.

9. The next layer is carrot. We also seal and lubricate it.

10. Distribute the grated eggs on top of the carrots. We try to lay this layer as tightly as possible. Cover with mayonnaise.

11. Sprinkle with nut crumbs.

12. And cover the entire surface of the salad with beets mixed with mayonnaise. The beet layer should be dense, without gaps.

13. Peel the pomegranate and sprinkle the whole salad with grains. Slowly, twisting slightly, pull out the glass.

It should be noted that ripe pomegranate must be used. Its grains should be sweet with barely noticeable sourness. If the pomegranate is unripe, the taste of the salad may be spoiled.

14. If the grains do not form a completely dense layer when sprinkling, carefully fill the voids. The denser the pomegranate layer, the more impressive the salad will look. The bottom of the salad can be shaded with chopped herbs if desired.
