Cottage cheese delicacy has been familiar to us since kindergarten afternoons and breakfasts, when the casserole was served with charming condensed milk. Since then, the dish has remained one of my favorites, but in order to diversify the cooking process, I have to experiment and include new components in the recipe. This time poppy was again such an ingredient. It makes the structure of the cottage cheese more dense, gives its zest both in taste and in appearance.

Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds is designed for 4 generous servings, it is also convenient to take it with you to work or school.

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and mix with a fork until the components are combined.

We lay out the curd. Also mash it with a fork until smooth.

We pour semolina, mix and leave aside for half an hour so that the semolina swells and the curd mass thickens.

At this time, fill the poppy hot water for 20 minutes. Then drain the liquid and dry as much as possible.

We shift the prepared poppy to the curd dough.

There are no complicated and demanding processes in the preparation of the dish, and given the lightness of the dish and the possibility of presenting it in the form of a sweet dessert, be sure to include it in the family diet. The casserole is not only healthy, but also quite satisfying. Choose oil according to the maximum fat content, a sandwich product, even if it consists of natural cream alone, is not suitable for us. Use the most common poppy, better pat with its preparation, as described below, than use bags with supposedly ready-to-use seeds. Nothing superfluous is added to them, but in practice such a product is designed for baking from dough and, in combination with cottage cheese, can give an undesirable aftertaste.

Ingredients:

  • half a kilo of cottage cheese;
  • one hundred grams of culinary poppy;
  • four fresh eggs;
  • 125 grams of white sugar;
  • three tablespoons of flour;
  • vanilla powder, crystalline - half a spoon;
  • oil, "Traditional" - a twenty-gram slice.

We wash the poppy on a sieve. Put in a bowl, pour boiling water for twenty minutes. We return the swollen poppy back to the sieve and let it dry enough.

Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, add a little salt, vanilla and sugar to them. Beat with a whisk, but not to splendor, it is only important to dissolve the sugar in the eggs to the maximum.

In a separate dry bowl, rub the cottage cheese with a spoon. If it was not possible to get rid of all the lumps, we additionally grind it using a sieve with medium cells.

We combine the egg and curd masses. Pour poppy seeds with flour on top and knead especially carefully.

Line a round or square shape with parchment paper. Putting a little on paper vegetable oil, fill the form with curd mass, almost reaching the edges.

Thinly sliced butter spread evenly throughout the casserole.

The casserole is prepared for up to 25 minutes, we put the form only after the oven has completely warmed up.

Fine-tuning a large number of well-chosen operating modes and the presence of a timer allow you to trust the multicooker even complex dishes. The casserole, as an example, although relatively simple, can also be a hassle, especially if there is no special experience in working with the oven. Cook it in a slow cooker and see for yourself how easy it is.

Ingredients:

  • three selected chicken eggs;
  • four hundred grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • two and a half tablespoons of starch;
  • vanilla sugar - a ten-gram bag;
  • sour cream, twenty percent - half a glass;
  • half a glass of regular sugar;
  • a spoonful of "Farmer" oil;
  • 40 gr. poppy.

How to cook

Transferring the cottage cheese to a large bowl, grind it with vanilla sugar with a spoon.

Carefully break the washed eggs. Drain the whites into a separate bowl, and release the yolks to the cottage cheese and rub thoroughly.

Pour sugar to the proteins and beat it with a mixer, transfer to the cottage cheese, add starch, poppy seeds. Knead, following the uniformity of the resulting mass.

The bottom and inner walls of the cooking bowl are lightly rubbed with oil. We spread the curd-poppy mass and start the “Baking” mode for an hour.

Option 3: Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Casserole with Poppy Seeds

For those housewives who consider it their duty to cook any dish based on maximum usefulness - the following recipe. Cottage cheese is perfectly compatible with various fruit supplements, while the use of pumpkin provides not only saturation with vitamins, but also has a beneficial effect on digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 190 gr. Sahara;
  • selected fresh eggs- five pieces;
  • half a kilo of 9% cottage cheese (natural);
  • two tablespoons of corn starch;
  • 25 gr. poppy.
  • pumpkin pulp - 700 gr.;
  • 100 grams of sour cream.

How to cook

Pour poppy seeds with water and boil on low heat for a quarter of an hour. After draining the water, we recline it on a sieve and leave it to dry.

After cutting the peel from the pulp, dissolve the pumpkin into cubes and put them in a small saucepan. Add a little water and, placing on the stove, simmer over the fire itself until completely softened.

After draining the remaining water, grind the pumpkin through a sieve or grind it to a soft puree with a blender. Putting it in gauze, we tie it like a bag and hang it over a bowl. We wait at least half an hour until the excess juice drains.

Separate one hundred grams of pumpkin mass into a separate bowl. To the rest, add three tablespoons of sugar and go through the mass with a high-speed blender. We mix two eggs and a spoonful of starch into the puree.

Separately, we combine cottage cheese with dried poppy seeds. Pour half a glass of sugar and finely grind with a blender. Stir in the remaining starch and two eggs.

We cover the bottom of the form with parchment, rub the sides and paper with a slice of butter, sprinkle with flour. Alternately spread the curd and pumpkin masses in the middle of the mold from a spoon.

Lightly tap the bottom of the mold on the table and place it in a preheated oven. Bake for forty minutes.

While the casserole is baking, prepare the filling. Lightly beat the egg with sour cream and the remaining sugar, stir in the previously set aside pumpkin puree.

We take out the form with the casserole, pour the filling on top and, having carefully leveled it, place the form back into the oven. We bring the casserole to readiness for 7 minutes.

Option 4: Delicious cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and raisins (with semolina)

Use high-calorie cottage cheese. Make no mistake when purchasing it in the store, and do not accidentally buy already sweetened curd mass. Often, manufacturers indicate the total calorie content on the packaging, so carefully read the composition of the product. For this casserole recipe, any cottage cheese with a fat content close to 20% is suitable, a higher figure is welcome. Such cottage cheese is rarely wet, more often it looks loose, consisting of large grains.

Ingredients:

  • half a glass of sugar;
  • one chicken egg;
  • 450 gr. fatty cottage cheese;
  • three tablespoons of dry semolina;
  • 30 gr. raisins;
  • a spoonful of finished ripper;
  • poppy, culinary - three spoons;
  • Wheat flour;
  • a small slice of 72 percent natural butter.

Step by step recipe

Pour raisins and poppy seeds separately with hot water. After a quarter of an hour, we decant the water, put the raisins in a colander, and pour the poppy seeds into a fine-mesh sieve.

We spread the cottage cheese in the blender chopper, release the egg here, add sugar, semolina and dried poppy seeds. After adding a spoonful of flour and a ripper, we interrupt until smooth.

Cut dried raisins into thin strips and stir into curd base. Berries can be left whole, the taste and appearance of the dish will not suffer.

We rub the sides and bottom of the form with a slice of butter, then lightly sprinkle with flour. We fill the form with curd mass and place it in a hot oven for forty minutes.

Option 5: Original cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and chocolate

Despite the simplicity of the recipe, you should not treat casseroles down. The kids ask for a cake all day, but are you sure that they should eat more healthy meals? Then we prepare a casserole, the most real, but we use chocolate in the design. And the kids are happy and all the canons proper nutrition observed.

Ingredients:

  • refined sugar - 150 gr.;
  • eggs - three things;
  • 800 gr. dry cottage cheese;
  • oil, "Peasant" - forty grams
  • starch (potato) and semolina - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • a spoonful of cocoa (powder);
  • 60 gr. flour;
  • white tiles (100 gr.) and 35 gr. dark chocolate;
  • three spoons of poppy;
  • ten milliliters of oil, highly refined.

How to cook

After cutting the butter, leave it in a saucer for a while. As soon as it becomes soft, combine with cottage cheese and grind into a spacious bowl using a sieve.

We select three tablespoons of the curd mass in a cup, mix cocoa with flour into it.

We process the bottom and sides of the mold with sunflower oil, sprinkle it with flour. Fill the container with white curd mass, level the surface.

We roll small balls from the “chocolate” cottage cheese, lay them out on the surface of the future casserole and, pressing slightly, deepen.

Bake the casserole for an hour. Let it cool completely, remove from the mold and transfer to a dish.

Melt white chocolate in a water bath and, after cooling a little, pour over the top of the cooled casserole.
