On the eve of the holiday, every housewife strives to find a recipe for some new dish in order to delight her guests and household members with a new taste. We suggest preparing Leshy salad, which will decorate any table, both festive and ordinary. A simple recipe and a relatively inexpensive set of products ensured this salad incredible popularity among housewives.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet (boiled breast) – 1 pc.;

Champignons – 400 g;

Eggs – 3 pcs.;

Onion – 2 pcs.;

Cheese – 100 g;

Walnuts (ground) – 0.5 tbsp.;

Vegetable oil;

How to prepare goblin salad:

Fresh mushrooms are washed, slightly dried and cut into slices. Then fried until done.

Leshy salad has one peculiarity - the onions are fried separately from the mushrooms. To do this, finely chop the peeled onion and place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion until tender.

The chicken breast should be boiled until cooked in advance so that it has time to cool. Chilled meat is cut into equal cubes.

Eggs are also boiled in advance, then cooled and shelled. They are not chopped, but grated on a grater (large grate).

The list of products indicates the weight of already ground or grated nuts. Therefore, the kernels must be crushed and the specified amount measured. All prepared products are poured into a bowl and mixed. At the end, the salad is dressed with mayonnaise.

Place a regular glass on the dish in which the salad will be served (you can use a bottle or a glass with a stem). The prepared salad is laid out around the glass and lightly crushed so that later it does not crumble and has a denser structure. The top of the salad is leveled.

For the festive decoration of the salad, olives, herbs, and pieces of bell pepper are used. So, flowers are laid out from olives, and a piece of pepper is placed in the middle. Sprigs of greenery are placed between the flowers or empty areas are sprinkled with finely chopped greenery or twigs. Since this salad is not layered, it is served immediately after preparation. A simple and very tasty salad is ready!

  1. Open the champignons, drain the liquid, rinse under running water, and cut into small slices.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
  3. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel and place in boiling water, cook for 5 minutes. Cool completely and grate on a medium grater, starting from the tip of the carrot.
  4. Take the fillet (you can boil it in advance), place it in boiling water, add salt, pepper and cook until tender. Then cool completely and cut into small cubes.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Place eggs in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes, drain the boiling water and pour cold water over the eggs for 7 minutes. Peel the shells and grate on a medium grater.
  7. Mix all the prepared ingredients, except cheese, add nuts and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
  8. We take a flat, beautiful dish, place a glass in the middle, neck down, and lay out our salad in a circle. We take out the glass. Place cheese mixed with mayonnaise on top.
  9. Wash the greens thoroughly and dry with a paper towel, then decorate the salad.

A goblin that looks great on a holiday table! The taste of this salad is verified and balanced, I highly recommend trying it. In general, it seems to me that this is a classic, this combination of products is so successful and tasty.

To prepare Leshy salad, you can take either smoked chicken (leg) or a more dietary boiled chicken breast. It is better to take mushrooms for this salad: champignons. In any form? Focus on your taste.

The original recipe calls for marinated whole champignons, which need to be cut into quarters and added to the salad. However, you can get creative and add not pickled, but lightly fried champignons with onions.

Recipe for Leshy salad with chicken and mushrooms

To prepare the salad, we need a flat dish and a glass. Place a glass in the center of the dish and lay out layers of food, interspersing them with mayonnaise. When the salad is ready, remove the glass - this way we get a beautiful appearance of the salad.

Composition by ingredients:

  • chicken meat 200 g (boiled or smoked);
  • marinated whole champignons 200 g;
  • peeled walnuts 100 g;
  • chicken eggs 4 pcs;
  • hard cheese 100 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • olives and herbs for decoration.

The chicken for the salad should be cut into cubes, the champignons into quarters. Wash the walnuts, dry them and cut them into small pieces with a knife. Grate cheese and boiled eggs on a coarse grater.

Layers of salad are laid out in the following sequence:

  1. chicken meat;
  2. mushrooms;
  3. chopped walnuts;
  4. eggs;

Decorate the surface of the salad with olives cut in half and sprigs of herbs. Let the salad soak for about an hour in the refrigerator. Done, our Leshy is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!

Being in an eternal search for all sorts of interesting salads, I somehow came across such an interesting name - “Leshy”; I didn’t understand why the salad was called that, but the fact that the “Leshy” salad is very tasty, it’s a hundred percent hit. Preparing a salad is as easy as shelling pears, so everyone can handle it for sure. For the base you will need chicken fillet, it can be boiled or baked - whichever you prefer. The salad also includes mushrooms, onions, a little cheese and chicken eggs. All the ingredients together give a simply incomparable result. For freshness, fresh dill is added to the salad; it is better to use homemade mayonnaise. My detailed recipe with photos will help you prepare it step by step easily and quickly. - chicken fillet – 1 pc.,
- champignons – 200 gr.,
- onion – 1 pc.,
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.,
- hard cheese – 80-100 gr.,
- vegetable oil – 30 ml.,
- salt, pepper - to taste,
- homemade mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.,
- fresh dill – 1 bunch,
- olives - for decorating the salad.

Recipe with photos step by step:





Immediately throw the chicken fillet into the pan to cook. Also wash and chop the champignons, transfer the mushrooms to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.




Peel and rinse the onions, cut into small cubes and add the onions to the mushrooms. Fry mushrooms and onions for 10-12 minutes until tender.




Boil chicken eggs for 8-10 minutes, cool in cold water, and peel. Cut the eggs into medium-sized cubes and place in a deep salad bowl.




Tear the chicken fillet into pieces and add after the chopped eggs.






Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, add the cheese shavings to the salad bowl.




Place the fried mushrooms in a container with the ingredients.




Rinse fresh dill, chop finely and add to the salad, also add a few spoons of homemade mayonnaise. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.




Mix the ingredients and take a sample.
