By the way, from cookies, condensed milk, butter and cocoa, you can prepare another recipe from Soviet times - potato cakes. Just grind the cookies into crumbs, mix with butter, boiled condensed milk and cocoa. We make “potatoes” from the dough, roll them in cocoa and proudly serve them for evening tea.

  • oven;
  • baking tray;
  • silicone mat;
  • cream injector;
  • a set of containers of different volumes;
  • tablespoon;
  • tea spoon;
  • mixer;
  • sieve.

Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Drive 3 chicken eggs into a deep container and add 1 tbsp. l. regular and 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, ½ tsp. salt and a pinch of citric acid.

  2. Beat until fluffy white foam.

  3. Sift half the flour into a container and add ½ tsp. soda Stir until the ingredients are dispersed and sift in the remaining flour.

  4. Beat again with a mixer to obtain a medium-thick dough that will be slightly viscous and stretchy.

  5. Pour the dough into a pastry syringe. If you don’t have one, you can replace it with a thick plastic bag, in which you will need to make a hole.

  6. We cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat, which does not need to be processed in any way. If you don't have a mat, use parchment paper, greased and sprinkled with flour.

  7. Using a pastry syringe, we form small cookies of approximately the same size at a distance of several centimeters from each other on a baking sheet.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180-200ºC and bake the cookies until golden brown (15-20 minutes). After this, remove the baking sheet from the oven, transfer the cookies to a plate and let cool.

  9. We either buy boiled condensed milk ready-made or make it at home from ordinary milk - this will not matter to the taste. Apply a layer of condensed milk to the bottom of one cookie and cover it with the bottom of the other. We carry out such manipulations with all blanks.

  10. The cookies are ready, they can be served with hot tea, coffee or milk, and additional decorations can include icing, crushed nuts, coconut flakes, thick cream, confectionery sprinkles, etc.

Caramel cookies with boiled condensed milk

I recently discovered boiled condensed milk as a culinary ingredient. Not in the form of cream or some kind of filling, but as a component of baked goods and desserts. Last week I already shared a recipe for cheesecake with boiled condensed milk, today I want to give you a recipe for delicious caramel gingerbread cookies with this ingredient.

Everyone who ate it (and that’s seven different people. Or eight) really liked the cookies. I hope you like it too.

Ingredients for 40-45 pieces:

100 g butter
100 g sugar
400 g boiled condensed milk
2 eggs
350 g flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder

100 g white chocolate

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add condensed milk and beat again.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add the flour sifted with baking powder and salt and knead the dough - soft, but such that it can be formed into balls.

We form these same balls and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done, about 15 minutes.

Let cool.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Transfer to a cornet and pour over the cookies. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

It’s not at all difficult to please your family or guests - just bake cookies with boiled condensed milk! It is very simple to prepare, so even a schoolboy can handle it. In addition, it is also fast - it will take 10 minutes to knead, 10 minutes to mold and 15-20 minutes to bake. And the biggest plus of these cookies is that they are very tasty! Checked 😉

2.5 years ago I already presented to your attention, the recipe then was for cottage cheese. Condensed milk in this form, and not in the usual form, gives baked goods and desserts a toffee taste, which I am always delighted with! So, for example, I love those baked with it. I also really love cakes with “toffee” cream - for example, lush, as well as. And, of course, which I published yesterday! All of these are incredible delicacies! But at the same time, today’s cookies with condensed milk are the simplest and fastest to prepare. And even because of this, it is worthy of close attention 😉

The only thing worth thinking about in advance is preparing the butter. It needs to be removed in advance, especially if it is stored in your freezer. At the time of cooking, you need the butter to be already plastic, but not necessarily very, very soft.

I mixed flour (3 cups) with potato starch (one teaspoon). If you don’t have it and there is no corn powder, you can replace it with soda (in this case, you don’t need to quench it with acid) or packet baking powder. But I would reduce it to 0.5 tsp. Cookies with boiled condensed milk bake well, but at the same time I didn’t want them to lose their strict shape.

By the way, about appearance. I used, as you already noticed, a set of stars of different sizes. You can make them out of them if you lubricate them with some kind of cream. Of course, the shape is not important for the dough, so you can use absolutely any cuttings. Or even just cut it into any shapes with a knife.

Well, let's not waste time. Let's go bake delicious homemade cookies with boiled condensed milk, the recipe is in front of you!

Ingredients:

  • butter - 200 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 190 g (0.5 cans)
  • salt - a pinch
  • premium wheat flour - 3 cups (375 g)*
  • starch - 1 tsp.
  • * 1 cup = 200 ml liquid = 125 g flour

Cookies with boiled condensed milk recipe with photos step by step at home in a hurry:

Sifted 2 cups of flour mixed with starch. Added salt. Mixed thoroughly.

I added relatively soft butter to the flour mixture, which had been taken out of the refrigerator half an hour beforehand.

Grind the butter and flour into moist crumbs. I added condensed milk.

Mixed well until smooth.

Sifted the remaining flour. I ended up using 375 grams (3 cups). But you should remember that these are cookies with boiled condensed milk, and it can be of different consistency. In addition, flour gluten also varies significantly among manufacturers, and simply depends on many factors, such as season, climatic conditions, and so on.

Kneaded into a plastic dough.

I rolled out a layer about 6 mm thick. I cut out stars of different sizes using cookie cutters.

Placed on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Don't dry it out!

Simple, quick and very tasty cookies with boiled condensed milk are ready! Oh, that toffee taste - it doesn’t allow this delicacy to linger on the table for any length of time... These stars are good with milk, tea, coffee, chicory, cocoa, fermented baked milk, kefir and just like that, without anything else. You should definitely try them;) Cook for your loved ones with love!..
