Preparation:
Cut the tenderloin into thin, wide slices (across the grain). Pass the garlic through a press, grind with salt and pepper, mix with oil and pour the resulting marinade over the meat, mixing it well. Leave for half an hour. Heat a frying pan or multicooker bowl in the “Baking” mode and fry the pieces of meat on both sides until golden brown. Do not add oil, the marinade from the meat will be enough. Cut the onion into rings or half rings, cut the carrots crosswise into 3-4 parts and cut each into large cubes along the core, peel the sweet pepper and cut into strips. Place a layer of meat on the bottom of the bowl, place half the onion and all the vegetables on it, then place the remaining meat on the vegetables, cover with onions, add ketchup and pour water over the food. Decide for yourself how much water to add, but no less than a glass. Add a little salt, close the lid and set the “Stew” mode for 1.5-2 hours.

This recipe is also suitable for pork. You can cut it into cubes, and remove the garlic from the marinade or reduce its amount. You can add eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower inflorescences or tomatoes to the vegetables for stewing. You can place a piece of butter on top of the food, 100 grams. It will turn out satisfying.

If you remove all the vegetables from the recipe, leaving only onions, garlic (1 head), a couple of peeled tomatoes and sweet peppers, which must be taken in an amount equal to the weight of the meat, you will get a dish similar to Dungan tskhe. The cooking algorithm is the same: fry the meat, cut into pieces, cut the onion into cubes, garlic into slices, tomatoes into large slices, pepper into strips. “Quenching” mode 1-1.5 hours.

Meat in tomato sauce is prepared in a similar way. Add more tomatoes, just be sure to remove the skins. Tomatoes can be chopped or pureed. Salt, pepper, you can add a little curry powder. Voila!

Pork stewed in sour cream

Ingredients:
500-600 g pork,
2 onions,
1 carrot,
200 ml sour cream,
1 tbsp. flour,
water, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes, onion into half rings, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Set the “Baking” or “Frying” mode, pour a little vegetable oil into the bowl, heat it and add the pork. Fry until pale, stirring, for 10 minutes, then add the onion and carrots. Fry until soft, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, then add flour, stir so that there are no lumps and all products are evenly coated with flour, fry for a couple more minutes and pour in hot water (about 1 multi-cup). Stir thoroughly. Turn on the “Stew” mode for 1 hour (more if desired), pour sour cream into the bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, stir and close the lid.

Ingredients:
500 g meat,
200 g of fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms or wild mushrooms),
1 onion,
1 clove of garlic (you can do without it),
1 carrot,
100 g prunes,
50-70 ml dry red wine,
vegetable oil, salt, pepper.

Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Rinse the prunes well and soak in warm water. Cut the onion into cubes or half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. In a bowl, heat the vegetable oil in the “Baking” mode, add the meat and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Then add the onions to the meat, after 5 minutes the carrots and continue frying for another 5 minutes. Cut the prunes into small cubes and the mushrooms into slices. Place everything in a multicooker bowl, pour in wine, you can add a little water, salt and pepper, you can add a bay leaf. Close the lid and set the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour.

You can remove the mushrooms from the recipe, leaving only the prunes, it will be just as tasty. You can also add other dried fruits to the prunes. Try it!
