When making ice cream, use only very fresh dairy products. Of course, milk can be replaced with cream, and cream with milk, but keep in mind that milk and light cream also form crystals in ice cream. To avoid this, you can add corn syrup to the treat (and in portions not for children - just a little alcohol or liquor), honey.

When whipping, the cream should be cold (but not frozen) - it should be kept in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours; If they are at room temperature, put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
3 tbsp. spoons of cream

  • 125 g milk

We need:

  • 430 g milk 3.2%
  • 360 g cream 33-36%

Kefir and banana ice cream

We need:

  • 1.5 cups (300 ml) kefir 2.5%
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp. honey

For the syrup:

  • 1 tbsp. corn starch
  • 200 g frozen cherries, pitted

Place a container of ice cream on top of the ice and cool it while stirring. The mass should acquire a mushy state, this will happen in about 20-30 minutes.

8. In this state, you can add any fillers to the mixture: cocoa, nuts, frozen berries, citrus fruits, chocolate and others. Place the mixture in plastic molds and place in the freezer for 3 hours.

How to make Italian chocolate ice cream at home

We need:

  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. cocoa

3. Mix a glass of milk with sugar, put it on the fire so that the sugar dissolves, and beat in the lightly beaten egg yolks.

Stir the mixture, cook until thick and combine with the chocolate mass. With constant stirring, cook until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

4. Pour the mixture into a plastic container through a sieve and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
