What to bake from fermented baked milk in a slow cooker. Amazing baked goods using fermented baked milk, quick and tasty. Cupcake with fermented baked milk in a slow cooker

Dear friends - today I would like to bring to your attention a recipe for a delicious, easy to prepare and very beautiful pie, which I prepared based on. The taste and consistency are a bit like a cupcake. To give an unusual taste and beauty to my ryazhenka pie in a slow cooker, I decided to add incredibly delicious blackberries. If you are making this pie when the berries are ripening in the country, then you can easily find a handful of just ripened large blackberries. But if not, you can replace blackberries with any berry that you love most: raspberries, currants, cherries, strawberries, blueberries. Therefore, everything is in your hands - cook and experiment.

Ingredients:

  • Ryazhenka - 1 glass
  • flour - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sugar - 1 glass
  • sunflower oil (unflavored) - 3 tbsp. l.
  • baking powder - 10 g (or 1 tbsp.)
  • vanillin - 1 g
  • raisins, nuts or fresh berries

Recipe for ryazhenka pie in a slow cooker:

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer into a fluffy white mass. Pour in fermented baked milk (room temperature) and sunflower oil. Mix. Add flour, baking powder and vanillin in portions. Knead the dough.

If you plan to bake a ryazhenka pie with nuts or raisins, then at this stage you need to add them to the dough and mix well.

Grease the multicooker bowl with any oil. Lay out the dough. Place on top of the dough, slightly pressing each berry into the dough.

Bake ryazhenka pie in a slow cooker Panasonic in the “baking” mode 60+20 minutes (total 80 minutes). I added an extra 20 minutes because of the berries; I think if you bake the pie with only raisins, 60-65 minutes of baking will be enough.
