Step by step

  1. The chicken according to this recipe is tender, juicy and moderately salty, but is prepared without salt. So, for the recipe you will need a small chicken, classic soy sauce without additives, hops seasoning - suneli, mustard beans, onions and refined vegetable oil for frying. Let's get started. Chop the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Onions need to be peeled and rinsed under water. Cut into thin half rings.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine chopped chicken, onions, mustard beans, hop seasoning - suneli, and pour over classic soy sauce.
  4. Carefully, so as not to break the onions, mix everything. We compact it so that the chicken is marinated well not only in spices, but also in soy sauce and salted. Leave for 30-40 minutes covered in a cool place.
  5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up a little. Remove the chicken from the onions and place it in a frying pan. Fry over high heat without a lid.
  6. Turn the meat over to another side and fry. Make sure that a crust forms and there is no blood. The degree of roasting is up to your taste, I didn’t roast it too much.
  7. Now that the chicken is fried, add pickled onions and the marinade itself (soy sauce with spices). And fry everything together for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. No need for a lid yet.
  8. Next, pour in a little water, bring it to a boil, and simmer the meat at a low simmer under the lid for 30 minutes.

You will need:

1 chicken (I used chilled) weighing approximately 1.5 kg
400 g sour cream of any fat content
2 heads of garlic
ground black pepper, Hungarian pepper

In the original recipe, when baking, cheese is sprinkled on top and less garlic is used. But cheese contains salt, so it is not allowed. I tried using less garlic, but then the chicken turned out very bland and tasteless. Garlic oxidizes in sour cream and sometimes gives a greenish tint (which in the original recipe is covered with a cheese crust on top and is not visible). Don't be alarmed, there's nothing wrong with it :)

1. Wash the chicken, cut off the tail, hanging fat and skin. Cut into large pieces. I got 8 pieces.
2. Peel and wash the garlic. Make the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, and 2 types of pepper.
3. Place the chopped chicken in a baking dish.
4. Place about 2/3 of the sauce on the chicken and use your hands to thoroughly coat the chicken in it. Lay the chicken flat.
5. Place the remaining sauce on top of the chicken. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. It is very important not to dry out the chicken, i.e. Do not overcook it in the oven.

As a rule, diets have “telling” names, and the chicken diet is no exception: the main product of the diet is chicken breast. Yes, it’s the breast, since of all the parts of the chicken, the breast is the lowest in calories. In addition, white meat contains proteins, amino acids, vitamins (mainly vitamin B) and minerals (iron, copper, calcium, phosphorus). Plus, chicken meat contains virtually no cholesterol.

Let's move on directly to the chicken diet. As mentioned above, the main product is chicken breast. Either boil the chicken or bake it without oil or salt. Fried chicken should be avoided. In addition to chicken, you can include vegetables and vegetable salads, fruits, cereals, and natural juices in your diet. Alcohol should be avoided; only dry wine is allowed (1 glass per day). Non-alcoholic drinks include water, herbal teas, coffee, and mineral water.

During the diet you will have to give up salt and sugar, which is quite difficult, so you will have to drink tea and coffee without sugar (you are lucky if you are indifferent to sugar). If it’s completely impossible to do without salt, then you can lightly add some salt to ready-made dishes (note that they are ready-made). It is also important to consider that total calories should not exceed 1200-1400 per day. Half should be chicken, the other half should be acceptable foods. The duration of such a diet is 7 days, its effectiveness is the ability to lose up to 5 kilograms.

We offer you the following sample menu:

  • 1 day. Boil chicken fillet (500 g) and rice (350 g). We remember that we cook without salt. It is necessary to distribute the specified amount of food throughout the day. Eat foods separately from each other, for example, eat rice first, then chicken. The drink for the first day is vegetable or fruit juice without sugar (250 ml). Before bed, drink a cup of soothing tea.
  • Day 2. You have 700 grams of chicken and 500 grams of pineapple at your disposal. Why pineapples? Because thanks to the enzyme bromelain, which is contained in pineapples, fats are burned and excess fluid is removed. However, for those with high acidity, this option is not suitable, so you can simply repeat the menu of the first day. Don't forget about drinking: during the day you need to drink at least one liter of plain water.
  • 3, 4, 5 days. The menu for these three days should consist of chicken, vegetables and fruits. Half of the required calories should come from chicken, the other half from vegetables and fruits. You can eat raw fruits and vegetables, or vegetable salads. The amount of water is 1.5 liters.
  • 6, 7 days. In recent days, 700 grams of chicken breast and one bunch of lettuce are allowed. The amount of water is the same, 1.5 liters, tea without sugar is also allowed.

Another option is also possible, the diet of which is only chicken. This is already a mono-diet, designed for 3 days. The menu is easy to remember: every day we eat 700 grams of chicken in 5-6 approaches. Drinks allowed are tea without sugar and water.

When on a mono-diet, it is strictly forbidden to salt meat. In 3 days you can lose up to 2 kilograms. The chicken mono-diet is quite easy to tolerate, unlike other mono-diets, so if you need to lose literally a couple of kilograms in a short period of time, then this is an excellent option.

So, the chicken diet is one of the easiest and most delicious diets. The main thing is not to abuse it: we advise you not to stay on this diet for more than a week. And one more little tip: buy meat at the market, find out which farmers you can buy a natural, high-quality product from, after all, you will have to eat it for a week.

Rinse the parsley and dill with water and finely chop with a knife. Peel the garlic from husks and films and grate on a fine grater or pass through a press.

In a deep frying pan (preferably in a wok-type frying pan), heat the vegetable oil. Add the chicken pieces and fry over high heat for five minutes, turning occasionally. Pour sour cream into the pan and stir. Add curry seasoning, parsley and dill.

A salt-free recipe will make the chicken truly healthy. Cover the chicken with a lid and simmer over low heat for fifteen minutes. Make sure that the sour cream does not curdle. When flakes appear on the surface of the sour cream, immediately remove the pan from the heat. Before serving, top each piece of chicken with minced garlic.
