Step by step

  1. Cut the leg into small cubes.
  2. Chop or grate the carrots.
  3. Add white and red beans to the carrot-chicken mixture.
  4. Add chopped fresh cucumber and grated eggs to the salad.
  5. Pre-marinate the chopped onion in vinegar to remove the bitterness from the product, and only then add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Fry fresh mushrooms, adding spices and onions to the pan.
  7. To add flavor, add chopped garlic to the salad and mix with mayonnaise.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

If you want to spice up your salad, use Korean carrots instead of regular boiled carrots.

Peculiarities . This is a very intriguing dish that combines tender smoked chicken and sweet and sour grapes. The salad can surprise not only with its taste, but also with its appearance if it is laid out in the form of a bunch of grapes.

Needed:

  • smoked chicken - 260 g;
  • egg - four pieces;
  • grapes (be sure to choose seedless) - 220 g;
  • walnuts - 130 g;
  • hard cheese - 180 g;
  • mayonnaise - 80 ml;
  • prunes - 90 g;
  • greens - a bunch.

Step by step

  1. To make it soft, it is recommended to pre-soak prunes in water for 15 minutes.
  2. For the first layer, you need to chop the smoked chicken, add chopped herbs to it, and mix with mayonnaise.
  3. Form the first layer from this mass, immediately giving it the shape of a grape bunch.
  4. Place grated eggs on it.
  5. This layer, like all the ones following it, must be greased with mayonnaise.
  6. Cut the prunes into pieces and place on the eggs.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts over dried fruits.
  8. Now grate the cheese, distribute it evenly over the surface of the “bunch”.
  9. The last layer is grapes cut in half. Cover the entire surface with these slices.

If you were unable to purchase nuts and prunes, then simply replace these two components with one - an apple. But choose a fruit with a slight sourness.

With crackers

Peculiarities . The salad belongs to the budget category. But at the same time it is very tasty and can claim the status of a festive one. It's better to use a leg.

Needed:

  • hard cheese - 140 g;
  • tomato - two fruits;
  • smoked leg - 310 g;
  • crackers - 80 g;
  • canned red beans - 420 g;
  • mayonnaise - 90 ml;
  • lettuce leaves - six pieces.

Step by step

  1. Tear the salad with your hands.
  2. Cut the leg into cubes.
  3. Grate the cheese and chop the tomatoes.
  4. Add beans.
  5. Before serving, add crackers and mix with mayonnaise.

To make hard cheese easier to grate and not stick together into one mass, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  4. Next will be boiled carrots.
  5. For the next layer, you need to chop the nuts and distribute them evenly over the surface of the salad.
  6. The composition should be completed with a layer of grated beets.
  7. All layers must be lubricated with mayonnaise, but you should not get too carried away with this fatty dressing.
  8. Now is the time to remove the glass from the structure and remove the baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle the entire “bracelet” with pomegranate seeds so that there is not a single gap left showing the inner layers.

The puff salad should be left in the cold for at least two hours so that all the components have time to soak in as much as possible.

Pancake

Peculiarities . Thanks to the thin, delicious pancakes, the salad becomes not only appetizing, but also filling. This dish can be served as a stand-alone breakfast or dinner.

Needed:

  • raw eggs - two pieces;
  • boiled eggs - three pieces;
  • milk - 320 ml;
  • canned green peas - 250 g;
  • flour - two to three tablespoons;
  • smoked chicken - 260 g;
  • pickled mushrooms - 160 g;
  • mayonnaise - 125 ml;
  • red onion - one head.

Step by step

  1. Prepare a batter from raw eggs, milk and flour.
  2. Fry the pancakes and let them cool.
  3. At this time, prepare the remaining ingredients by cutting eggs, mushrooms, smoked meats and onions into small cubes.

Peculiarities. Another successful combination is the combination of Chinese cabbage with smoked chicken. And if you add croutons, tomatoes and cheese to this tandem, you will get a tasty, satisfying and healthy dish.

  • smoked breast - one and a half pieces;
  • Chinese cabbage - half a fork;
  • hard cheese - 160 g;
  • tomatoes (medium) - three pieces;
  • mayonnaise - 90 ml;
  • boiled egg - four pieces;
  • white bread - two or three pieces.

Step by step

  1. Start by preparing the croutons, but it is recommended to add this component to the salad immediately before serving.
  2. Cut the white bread into equal cubes and fry in oil until golden brown.
  3. Place the croutons on a napkin so that they release excess fat.
  4. Chop the Chinese cabbage, add chopped herbs and diced eggs.
  5. Cut the chicken into strips and grate the cheese.
  6. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the peel, then chop into pieces and add to the salad.

Salad with smoked chicken, Korean carrots and peppers

This salad can be prepared not only with smoked chicken (in particular, smoked breast), you can also add smoked ham or meat instead of breast. The salad with smoked chicken is prepared very quickly, since the products are ready-made. At the same time, it is very tasty, juicy and tender.

In my version of this salad, I chose to add chicken breast (smoked fillet).

For a quick smoked breast salad recipe you will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Bell pepper, fleshy, fresh – 2 pcs. (it is advisable to use red and green bell peppers, I used orange),
  • Korean carrots – 200 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 200 gr.

Recipe for salad with smoked chicken and Korean carrots

Separate smoked chicken meat from bones. Cut into cubes. Place in a salad bowl.

Peel sweet peppers from partitions and seeds. Cut (into cubes or strips). Place in a salad bowl.

Season the salad with mayonnaise. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Smoked breast salad with Korean carrots and peppers is ready, quick and tasty!
