Step 1: Prepare the broccoli.

One variety of cauliflower is broccoli. It is not only tasty, but also healthy, as it contains a large amount of vitamins and microelements. It is often sold frozen in supermarkets. But it’s better, of course, to use fresh broccoli to prepare our dish. Before we prepare our ingredient, we thoroughly rinse the vegetable under cold running water. Then place the cabbage on a cutting board and use a knife to separate it into florets. Place a saucepan of cool water over medium heat, add a pinch of salt and bring the liquid to a boil. When the water boils, transfer the broccoli to a container with boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes without covering the pan with a lid. Attention: Under no circumstances should cabbage be overcooked, otherwise our vegetable ingredient will lose not only its beneficial properties, but will become completely tasteless and soft. Then turn off the heat, and place the pan with the prepared vegetable in a colander and lightly rinse it again under cold water so that the broccoli cools quickly.
When the water has completely drained, transfer the broccoli to an empty plate. And by the way, if you have a steamer, then it is better to cook our vegetable ingredient in it, since the process of steaming cabbage is much better than boiling it in boiling water.

Step 2: prepare the cheese.

Take an empty plate and grate the cheese onto it using a medium grater. This should be done directly above the plate so that the cheese ingredient does not fall on the table. Attention: since cheese shavings tend to dry out quickly, so we can cover the plate with the ingredient with a lid or wrap it with cling film.

We take a baking dish and manually transfer the boiled broccoli, having previously greased the bottom of the dish with butter so that our dish does not burn during cooking. Then, using a tablespoon, pour the sauce from the bowl into the mold and, using the same cutlery, evenly distribute our liquid ingredient over the entire surface of the vegetable layer. Preheat the oven to temperature 180°С and using oven mitts, place the pan with broccoli with sour cream and cheese sauce in the oven cabinet for 10-15 minutes. When the dish is slightly browned, set the thermometer needle in the oven at 240°С in grill mode and bake another 5-7 minutes. Then turn off the oven, take out the pan and set it aside.

Wash green onions and dill. If you have other greens, put them in, don't be afraid! There is never too much greenery. Chop everything finely. We will have some of this greenery to decorate the dish. Press the garlic in a garlic press.

Place crushed garlic, chopped onion and dill in a bowl. We drive the eggs in there. Pour 250 grams of sour cream from a jar. Transfer chopped spinach with spices from a blender. Mix everything thoroughly.
