Sprats have been used in our cuisine for a long time. They make sandwiches, canapés, pates, salads, and simply eating them with boiled potatoes is a pleasure! True, sometimes you want something new, unusual, unconventional. Then this simple and original recipe comes to the rescue.

Salad with sprats and croutons is prepared quickly. It looks beautiful, so you can even decorate a holiday table with it. As for the taste, it is amazing - familiar, homely, and at the same time with new notes. By preparing it, you will surprise both your household and guests!

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • Sprats – 1 jar;
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Boiled potatoes – 250 g;
  • Pickled or pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
  • Onions - to taste;
  • Tomatoes - optional;
  • Bell pepper - optional;
  • Crackers – 4 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise - to taste;
  • Salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation

Salad with sprats and croutons has its own twist. This is an egg omelet. In order to prepare it, you should take 3 chicken eggs, break them into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer. Then add a little salt to them, maybe black pepper or soy sauce (to taste). Next, heat a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry a light omelette in it.

Pre-boiled potatoes should be peeled and cut into cubes. Also, pickled/salted cucumbers should be cut into cubes.

Cut the sprats into large slices. Place all prepared ingredients (sprats, cucumbers, potatoes) in a deep bowl.

Prepare crackers (you can use store bought ones). Any bread (white, gray, Borodino), cut into cubes. Dry them in the microwave or oven. The crackers should eventually become hard.

Cut onions, bell peppers and tomatoes into cubes into half rings. Add all ingredients to a bowl. You don’t have to use tomatoes and peppers - they are added to the sprat salad with croutons if desired. The peppers and lettuce give this dish a fresher, brighter flavor, making it juicy and vibrant.

The egg omelet has already cooled down. It should be cut into thin strips and placed in a bowl.

Season the salad with mayonnaise/sour cream, add ready-made croutons, salt and spices to taste. To stir thoroughly.

Serve the salad with sprats and croutons in a deep bowl.

Crackers have long been used to prepare various dishes. The salad with kirieshka turns out to be satisfying and original. Additionally, various products are added: smoked sausage, cucumbers, beans, corn and even sprats.

Manufacturers have developed many flavors of kirieski - from cheese to salmon. For salads, it is better to use croutons with a neutral additive or close to the main components of the dish. There is no need to put a lot of croutons in the salad. A standard pack is enough for 6-7 servings.

If guests are on the doorstep, you can prepare a salad with beans and kirieshki. It's quick and easy to do.

For preparation you will need:

  • a pack of kirieshki;
  • can of canned beans;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, spices.

Recipe:

  1. Place the beans in a salad bowl, after draining the liquid from them.
  2. Add herbs and chopped garlic to it.
  3. Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.

Canned beans can be replaced with boiled ones.

A salad with beans turns out more satisfying if you add smoked sausage to it.

You will need the following products:

  • 100 g sausage;
  • can of canned beans;
  • a pack of crackers;
  • greens, onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • mayonnaise.

Smoked sausage recipe:

  1. Drain the liquid from the beans and transfer it to a salad bowl.
  2. The greens are washed and finely chopped.
  3. The sausage is cut into small pieces.
  4. Garlic is squeezed through a press.
  5. All products are mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise.
  6. At the very end, add crackers. Salad with kirieshka and sausage is ready.

Sprat and kirieshki salad

A simple and tasty salad of sprat and kirieshki is made from available ingredients.

You will need:

  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • medium carrots;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • a can of sprat in oil;
  • salt;
  • a pack of crackers (caviar or salmon flavor).

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Sprats are mashed with a fork.
  2. Boil potatoes and carrots. Tinder on a coarse grater.
  3. The eggs are boiled and peeled. Grind on a grater.
  4. All products are mixed in a salad bowl.
  5. Add chopped garlic and salt.
  6. Season with mayonnaise.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with crackers.

For lovers of crab sticks

To surprise unexpected guests, prepare a salad with crab sticks and kirieshka.

It requires the following ingredients:

  • 200 g crab sticks;
  • a pack of crackers;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • can of corn;
  • greenery;
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Preparation progress:

  1. Boil eggs in salted water.
  2. The corn is drained of liquid and poured into a salad bowl.
  3. Crab sticks are cut into cubes slightly smaller than croutons.
  4. The cheese is grated on a grater with a large cross-section.
  5. Garlic is crushed through a press.
  6. The eggs are cut into cubes and mixed with the rest of the ingredients in a plate.
  7. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
  8. Throw croutons into the salad and sprinkle with herbs.

After a couple of hours, the kirieski will become soft, so the dish is served immediately. Along with mayonnaise, some housewives add the juice of half a lemon. Citrus softens the garlic flavor and adds a pleasant sourness.

  • 1-2 packs of kirieshki;

  • 1 onion;
  • a can of canned corn;

  • 3 large spoons of mayonnaise;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Boil the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  2. Fry them in a frying pan with oil.
  3. The onion is cut into cubes and added to the mushrooms.
  4. The products are simmered for 15 minutes under the lid.
  5. Place mushrooms and onions in a salad bowl.
  6. Add grated cheese and corn without liquid.
  7. Everything is mixed, salted and seasoned with a sauce made from mayonnaise and sour cream.

You need to take the following products:

  • 100 g smoked sausage;
  • half a can of canned beans;
  • a pack of kirieshki;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • green onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 g mayonnaise;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Place a cooking ring or springform pan on the plate.
  2. Place sausage cut into cubes on the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and coat with mayonnaise.
  4. The third layer is crackers and mayonnaise.
  5. Next add beans and grated garlic with mayonnaise.
  6. The next layer is grated cheese. It is lubricated with dressing.
  7. At the very end, add salted boiled eggs, grated.

We usually associate sprats with holidays. This small smoked fish looks especially attractive on sandwiches and salads. Moreover, almost no celebration is complete without the latter. So I recently visited and tried a rather interesting salad with sprats. I offer the recipe with photos to you too. Thanks to it, you will prepare a very tasty sprat salad with croutons. In this dish, sprats are perfectly combined with sweet canned corn and white beans, which have a neutral taste. Crispy white bread croutons soaked in sprat oil fit harmoniously into the specified composition. Cheese and garlic add a savory flavor to the dish. And mayonnaise, being the connecting link between all the ingredients, gives the salad a unique taste.

Ingredients:

- canned sprats – 240 g.,
- canned corn – 200 g.,
- canned white beans – 250 g.,
- hard cheese – 100 g.,
- garlic – 3 cloves,
- white loaf – 3 slices 1 cm thick,

And so, let's start preparing ours. Cut the loaf slices into cubes with a side of approximately 1 cm. You don’t have to cut the crust off the bread.





Place the loaf in a fireproof container and place in the oven preheated to 180° C. Dry the crackers for 20-25 minutes, remembering to turn them over periodically.





Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater.





Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and finely chop.







Open the cans of corn and beans. Place the contents in a colander to drain the liquid. If desired, you can rinse the beans under running cold water.





Open the jar of sprat too and take the fish out onto a plate.

Remove the pan with crackers from the oven. Pour 2 tbsp over hot crackers. l. sprat oil. Mix well.










Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.





Place the Shprotny salad in a heap on a large platter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place the fish on the cheese. Decorate with greenery. Next, you can decorate the salad at your discretion: thin slices of lemon, red peppercorns or, for example, slices of fresh tomato.





It is advisable to serve this dish immediately after preparation. Otherwise, the crackers may lose their crunchy properties.

To make sprat salad tasty, you need to purchase a jar of canned food only from a trusted manufacturer. It is desirable that the sprats be made from small, naturally smoked fish.

For a simple sprat salad you need:

  • sprats - 1 jar;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – 80-90 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • ground pepper.

Cooking steps:

  • Pour water over the eggs, add a pinch of salt and hard boil them. Usually 12-15 minutes from the moment of boiling is enough. To ensure that the shells can be easily removed, place the eggs in cold water for a minute and wrap them in a wet cloth.

Cut the avocado lengthwise and remove the seeds. Thus, we get 4 boats. We make small cuts inside each and pour lemon juice over them. Chop onions and boiled eggs, fill with avocado with this mixture. Place half a tablespoon of mayonnaise and 2 sprats on top.

Salad with croutons, tomatoes and sprats

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • sprats – 200 g
  • white crackers – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic – 3-5 cloves

Drain the excess oil from the sprats and cut them into small pieces. Mix them with crackers, chopped garlic and tomato slices. Add a little mayonnaise and serve immediately so that the salad is crispy.

  • apples – 4 pcs.
  • sprats – 200 g
  • eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • prunes – 50 g
  • nuts – 1-2 tbsp. spoons

  • arugula – 50 g
  • Iceberg lettuce – 50 g
  • quail eggs – 5 pcs.
  • sprats – 1 jar
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

Mix greens, cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add halves of quail eggs and whole sprat eggs. Mix vinegar with oil and pour this juice over the salad.

  • sugar – 5 g

  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • greens - for decoration

Ingredients:

  • rice – 1 cup
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.

  • sprats – 1 jar
  • dill – 20g
  • light mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons

Cut eggs and cucumbers into slices, add pickled onion rings, chopped sprats and chopped dill. Mix everything with mayonnaise and put it on top of the rice.

Ingredients:

  • tomato – 2-3 pcs.
  • sprats – 1 jar
  • processed cheese – 2 pcs.
  • green onions – 1 bunch
  • garlic – 2 cloves

Mash the sprats with a fork, grate the processed cheese, cut the tomatoes into slices, and pass the garlic through a press. Lay out in layers: sprats, cheese, tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle everything lightly with canned oil and sprinkle with green onions.

Smoked fish salad and sprat

Ingredients:

  • sprats – 1 jar
  • smoked fish – 100 g
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • boiled peas – 100 g
  • pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • dill – 50 g
  • lemon – ? PC.

Chop finely smoked fish and sprats. Add grated potatoes and cucumber slices. Sprinkle the salad with chopped dill and garnish with lemon slices. Drizzle the salad with sprat oil.

  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • beets – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise – 50 g
  • dill and parsley – 20 g
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon

Marinate onion half rings in vinegar and sugar. Place grated boiled potatoes in a herring bowl and coat with light mayonnaise. Next, add the sprats; if desired, you can crush them with a fork. Then sprinkle them with pickled onions and grated eggs. We also grease them with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated boiled beets. Decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley.

Ingredients:

  • sprats – 10 pcs.
  • green onion – 50 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • lettuce salad – 30 g
  • dill – 20 g
  • hard cheese – 50 g

First we make a salad, which we will then wrap in crab sticks. Grate eggs and cheese, finely chop the lettuce, crush the sprats. Season the mixture with mayonnaise. Ingredients:

  • sprats – 200 g
  • eggplants – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 1 head
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • walnuts – 50 g
  • tomato – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • greens - for decoration

Cut the eggplants into cubes and soak them in salted water. We bake them in the oven or fry them in a frying pan. Mix eggplants with garlic, passed through a press.
