Preparation

Pour kefir into a deep container for kneading dough. Add baking soda and stir immediately. Leave aside for 8-10 minutes so that the sour kefir reacts with the soda. Small bubbles will appear on the surface.

2. Add eggs. Add salt and vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon until smooth. When kneading this dough, you do not need to use a mixer.

3. Sift the flour. Mix with baking powder. Mix the mixture into the dough with a spatula or spoon. The dough turns out thick.
