  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and, dipped in flour, fry in a pan. Set aside for the time being.
  2. Lightly marinate entrecote in spices, beat off and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on both sides.
  3. We put pineapple rings and cheese (sliced, not grated) on the meat. We send the resulting blanks to the oven.
  4. Temperature - 180°С. Time - until the cheese is melted.

Having achieved the desired state, put the meat on a serving plate and decorate with previously fried tomatoes.

With cashew nuts and soy sauce

And again a dish for connoisseurs of oriental cuisine. Thanks to the addition of cashews, the taste of meat becomes as emphasized and pronounced as possible.

Ingredients for a glass of cashews and 50 ml of soy sauce:

  • 500 g pork;
  • 20 ml of apple cider vinegar;
  • pineapples in syrup;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1/4 st. white wine (dry);
  • 30 g of starch;
  • sesame to taste.

Cooking like this:

  1. We start cooking by pre-chopping carrots. We cut it in circles, and pineapple in bars. Nuts are preferably finely ground.
  2. We take vinegar, wine, pineapple syrup, soy sauce and starch. We mix.
  3. Pork cut into steaks and fry until appetizing crust in oil. We send the meat into a baking dish.
  4. Next, in the same oil, cook carrots, pineapple and nuts.
  5. After a minute, pour the marinade into the pan and simmer the resulting composition for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the meat with the finished mixture and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 190 ° C.

Serve pork with pineapple, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Recipe for original meat rolls

To prepare 4 servings of the dish, prepare in advance:

  • 600 g pork;
  • 1/2 can of pineapples;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • Art. l. mustard.

In 50 minutes we have to do the following:

  1. We cut the pork along the fibers and beat off. We beat the meat quite thinly, so that when folding it does not tear. It is also recommended to rub the pieces on both sides with spices before starting to beat: in this case, the pork turns out to be more saturated in taste.
  2. Rub the beaten meat on one side with mustard. In combination with pineapple, it will add piquancy and a light, subtle aroma.
  3. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and put it on the meat.
  4. Grind the pineapple as finely as we can, and lay it on top of the cheese.
  5. Lightly covering the edges, wrap the meat with a roll (standard, stuffing inside).
  6. We tie each blank with a thread, put it on a baking sheet or in a mold and put it in the oven. At 180 ° C, the rolls will be baked for half an hour.

After waiting a bit, we remove the threads and proceed to the tasting, a simple but spicy dish.

Pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple

And again, the embodiment of the classic recipe for pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapples.

For cooking you will need:

  • 500 g pork;
  • 1/2 st. soy sauce;
  • 1 st. l. starch and flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l. table vinegar and sugar;
  • tomato;
  • bell pepper;
  • carrot;
  • canned pineapple;
  • tomato paste.

Pork in sweet and sour sauce is prepared as follows:

  1. Beat the pork medallions and marinate for 30 minutes. Marinade is made from soy sauce, starch and flour.
  2. Pepper rub larger, carrots a little smaller. Remove the skin from the tomato and chop the pulp.
  3. Cut the pineapple into cubes and, mixed with carrots, sauté in vegetable oil. Then we send the tomatoes and stew everything together.
  4. Brown the pork in another pan.
  5. While the process is in progress, we make meat sauce from a mixture of tomato paste, sugar and vinegar.
  6. We spread the meat preparations in a baking dish, cover with vegetable frying with pineapple and pour over the sauce.
  7. Bake pork at 200 ° C for 10 - 15 minutes until tender.
