Mix cottage cheese with sugar, add vanilla sugar. The recipe indicates the amount of sugar for the sweet casserole; thick cottage cheese, pressed from the whey, is used. For paste-like cottage cheese, you can use less sugar or add a little flour to thicken the curd mass. Grind everything thoroughly with a spoon.




Add cooked rice. If you are preparing rice specifically for casserole, mix it with the curd mixture while it is warm and sticky. If you add cold rice left over from a side dish, you will need to mix it with cottage cheese and grind it with a masher.





Beat the egg, the mash should be homogeneous, with a low foam cap.






Rinse the raisins in advance and pour boiling water over them for two to three minutes. Drain the water, rinse under clean water. Pour onto a towel and blot.




Add spices (at your discretion) and raisins to the cottage cheese and rice. Mix all.




Pour in the beaten egg, leaving a little to fill the top. Stir in the curd and rice mixture.







Grease small portion molds or one medium-sized mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the prepared mixture, filling not to the very top.
