    • pork/beef/tongue/boiled cassula, fillet (200 g);

    • hard cheese (100 g);
    • canned peas (100-200 g);

    • onion (1 pc.);
    • sugar (2 tbsp);
    • ground black pepper (to taste);

    • boiled water (for marinade, 150 ml).

    Preparation:

    1. Prepare the marinade for the onions (mix water, vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl).
    2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, put in the marinade and leave for 15-20 minutes.
    3. Cut the pork into strips or medium-sized cubes.
    4. Peel the cucumber and cut into small strips.
    5. Cut the cheese into small strips.
    6. Remove the onion and squeeze out the marinade.
    7. Drain the water from the peas.
    8. Place pork in a salad bowl, add cucumber, cheese, pickled onions and green peas. Add ground pepper, salt and pour in mayonnaise. Mix everything carefully.
    9. Place lettuce leaves on serving plates and place the finished dish on top.

    Preparation:

    1. Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in oil until translucent.
    2. Cut the champignons into small cubes, add to the onion, salt and pepper and fry until the mushrooms are ready. Leave until cool.
    3. Cut the tongue into small cubes.
    4. Grate eggs, cucumbers, carrots and cheese on a coarse grater into separate bowls. Leave some cheese for decoration.
    5. Drain the water from the peas.
    6. Place the beef tongue in the salad form as the first layer, lightly compact it with a spoon, and cover with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
    7. The second layer is cucumbers.
    8. The third layer is carrots, covered with a mesh of mayonnaise.
    9. Fourth – mushrooms with onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Apply mayonnaise mesh on top.
    10. The fifth layer is grated eggs. Cover with mayonnaise.
    11. Place the last layer of peas.
    12. If desired, decorate the salad with herbs and grated cheese. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covered with a large bowl.

    • natural yogurt without additives (100 g);
    • garlic (1-2 cloves);
    • vegetable oil (for frying, 50 ml);
    • salt, pepper (to taste).

    Preparation:

    1. Soak prunes in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
    2. Cut the onion into thin cubes and fry in oil until half cooked/transparent.
    3. Cut the champignons into small cubes, add to the onion, salt and pepper and fry until the mushrooms are ready.
    4. Cut chicken fillet into small slices.
    5. Grate eggs and cucumbers on a coarse grater into separate bowls.
    6. Remove the prunes from the water, dry with a napkin and chop.
    7. Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
    8. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic. To stir thoroughly.

    Preparation:

    1. Cut the eggplant into circles, add salt on both sides, place in a bowl and leave for 15 minutes to get rid of excess bitterness.
    2. Prepare the marinade for the onions (mix water, vinegar, a pinch of salt and sugar in a bowl).
    3. Cut the onion into thin half rings and pour in the marinade. Leave for 15-20 minutes. (If you don't want to pickle the onion, just finely chop it.)
    4. Divide the fillet into fibers or cut into thin strips.
    5. Peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the whites into thin strips, set aside the yolks - they will be needed to prepare the dressing.
    6. Wash the eggplants, dry with a napkin and fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Cool.
    7. Cut the cooled eggplants into small strips.
    8. In a deep bowl, mix eggplants, Korean carrots, egg whites, meat and onions.
    9. In a separate plate, mash the boiled yolks, add mustard, yogurt and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. To stir thoroughly. Season the salad with the resulting sauce and mix.

    • blueberries/blueberries/currants/other berries (50 g);
    • vegetable oil/mayonnaise/sour cream (to taste);

    Buckwheat goes perfectly with sour cream sauce (especially if the cereal turns out dry during cooking). Peel and finely chop 1 fresh/pickled cucumber. Grind 1 clove of garlic in a press.
