    8. Beat 1 egg with sour cream. Cover the top layer of the dish with the resulting sauce.
    9. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    Rice casserole with jam

    • rice - 1 glass;
    • milk - 200 ml;
    • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
    • egg - 2 pieces;
    • jam - to taste;

    1. Boil the rice until done.
    2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Add milk to the mixture and stir.

    • rice - 200 g;
    • milk - 1 glass;
    • egg - 2 pieces;
    • sugar - 3 tablespoons;
    • sour cream - 150 ml;
    • dried fruits - 100-150 g;
    • butter - 10 g.
    1. Boil rice in milk. Leave to cool.
    2. For dried fruits (you can take raisins, prunes, dried apricots), pre-soak the raisins in water.
    3. Beat the eggs, add sugar to them and beat again.
    4. Pour eggs with sugar and sour cream into the cooled rice.
    5. Drain the raisins in a colander and also add to the total mass. Add dried fruits to taste. If they are large, cut into small pieces.
    6. Mix all ingredients well.
    7. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the mixture into it, smooth it out. Cook in the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes.
