- zucchini – 1.5 kg;
- sugar – 1.5 kg;

We need: zucchini - one kilogram, oranges - one piece and one kilogram of granulated sugar. Wash the zucchini, remove seeds and peel, and cut into cubes. Wash the orange and seeds so that the jam does not become bitter, remove and cut into small slices. Place these products in a multicooker saucepan. Add granulated sugar there too.

Select the "Stew" mode, duration - 2 hours and cook until the signal. After it sounds, the zucchini jam in the slow cooker is ready. Then there are two options: leave it in pieces or use it to chop it. And then, putting it in the “Steam” mode for one minute, boil it. After this, pour into pre-sterilized jars and seal with boiled lids. This amount makes two jars. To evaporate excess liquid, you can turn on the baking mode at the end of cooking.

Preparing zucchini jam in a slow cooker with citrus fruits

This recipe also results in a very tasty product. We will need: one kilogram of zucchini, one orange, two lemons and 0.8 kg of granulated sugar. We wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and peel them. Cut into strips or cubes. We also wash the orange and lemons and chop them finely, along with the peel. Place in the same container and pour granulated sugar on top.
