Place the dough on a hot and greased pan; you need to control the quantity yourself, based on the size of your pan. Make sure that the mixture does not flow over the edges, but do not skimp on the mixture, otherwise the dessert will turn out uneven and small. Once you have poured out the required amount of batter, close the pan and wait about 2-3 minutes, then turn it over. The cookies need to be baked for 5-7 minutes on each side, but do not forget to turn them over so that the dough does not burn and you get a tender and fluffy delicacy.


Once the cookies are ready, carefully remove them from the pan using the tip of a knife.
