Recipe 1. Avocado and crab sticks salad

Required ingredients:

— fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;

— avocado – 1 pc.;

– celery (root) – 100 g;

— crab sticks – 100 g;

- parsley - 2 branches and mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Cooking method:

Shred the fresh cucumber into thin strips. Peel the celery root and grate it on a coarse grater. Grind the crab sticks, first removing the film. Cut the peeled avocado into strips. Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, mix, season with coarsely ground black pepper and season with mayonnaise. Mix carefully. Place the salad mix on a wide dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place a mound of salad and garnish it with a sprig of parsley.

Required ingredients:

— avocado – 1 pc.;

— crab sticks – 100 g;

– red onion – 2 pcs.;

— cucumber – 2 pcs.;

— tomato – 2 pcs.;

— Feta or cheese – 100 g;

— lemon juice – 2 tbsp;

- olives - 0.5 cans;

Cooking method:

Wash all the prepared vegetables and dry them carefully. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Tomatoes - in slices and red onions - in half rings. Cut the cheese (Feta or feta cheese) into cubes. Cut the sweet pepper into strips. We tear the salad greens with our hands. Mix the prepared ingredients and add the olives cut in half. Top the salad with cubes of cheese and chopped crab sticks.

Let's prepare the sauce. Mix lemon salt with salt. Stir until the salt dissolves. Add olive oil in a stream. Stir, season with coarsely ground pepper and salt. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad.

Required ingredients:

— avocado – 2 pcs.;

— radish – 100 g;

— fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;

— crab sticks – 150 g;

- Dijon mustard 0.5 tsp. for refueling;

— mayonnaise – 5 tbsp;

- a bunch of greens, pepper and salt.

Cooking method:

Wash the avocado well and carefully cut it. We select the seeds and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp for the salad. Do not throw away the remaining cups. Grind the pulp. Remove the film from the crab sticks and finely chop the pulp. If you have frozen sticks, be sure to defrost them first. Cut the radish and cucumber into small pieces. Chop the prepared salad greens and add crab sticks, cucumber, radish and avocado. Add Dijon mustard and mayonnaise to them, pepper with coarsely ground pepper and mix.

– large avocado – 1 pc.;

Now add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and sea salt to the blender bowl. Beat until pureed.

Tender and tasty salad with crab and avocado, has a very delicate structure due to the soft and oily pulp of this fruit. In addition, this exotic fruit wonderfully highlights and gives the salad a certain piquant note.

The recipe for the proposed salad is incredibly simple, which will allow us to spend very little time preparing it.

The most delicious crab salad is obtained when natural crab meat is used for its preparation. I used canned Kamchatka crab meat, but boiled ice cream is also perfect. In general, you can use almost any version of the main ingredient, the main thing is that it is natural.

At the same time, for a budget option, you can take one of the varieties of artificial crab meat - “snow crab”. From this type of crab sticks are obtained. But it is better not to use other types of crab sticks. It just won't taste the same. This way we get a pretty decent salad for the everyday table.

Preparation

Divide the meat of natural, Kamchatka or “snow” crabs into fibers and place them in a salad bowl, in a layer about 1 - 1.5 centimeters in height. Generously coat the first layer. By the way, I recommend not to be lazy and prepare in advance. It is both tastier and more tender than store-bought. In addition, it certainly does not contain any harmful additives.

First of all, remove the seeds from the avocado. The most convenient way to do this is with a massive knife. First you need to cut the fruit in half so that the seed remains in one half. Next, we stick the knife flat into the bone and turn it from side to side several times. It will easily separate from the pulp and come out with a knife.

Then remove the peel, cut both halves into small strips, no more than two centimeters long and about half a centimeter wide. Place 1/4 of the chopped avocado on top of the crabmeat. We will lay out all the ingredients at the same height. We will not coat this layer with mayonnaise.!

Hard-boil 5 chicken eggs, fill them with cold water, peel them, grate them on a medium grater and place half of the grated eggs on top of the previous layer. Generously coat the eggs with mayonnaise.

Lay out the next layer of crab meat, coat it with mayonnaise and place it on it again. We won’t coat it with mayonnaise again, but put a layer of grated eggs on top of it and coat them with mayonnaise. Then we will lay out another layer of avocado, on which we will place the crab meat, coat the fully prepared dish on top with mayonnaise, garnish with cocktail shrimp and serve.

It is better to use shrimp that are already prepared, boiled or frozen. It's a great time saver. You just need to defrost them and remove the shell. Next, we simply arrange them beautifully on the surface of the salad and that’s it.

So, all layers will be arranged in this way: meat layer, fruit layer, eggs, fruit layer, meat layer, fruit layer, eggs, fruit layer, meat layer.

This sequence of layers gives not only the most beautiful design option, but the most impressive taste. There is no need to add salt to this delicious dish.
