    Place tomato halves between the pieces of cheese and basil leaves on top. Drizzle the salad with good quality extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with dry herbs.

Ingredients:

10-12 cherry tomatoes
1 fresh medium sized cucumber
4 pieces of sweet bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
200 g cheese
100 g sour cream

How to prepare Bulgarian salad with cherry tomatoes:

    Crumble the cheese with your hands. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Place whole tomatoes in a deep salad bowl.

    Peel the pepper from seeds and cut into large circles or half rings. Cut the cucumber into cubes.

    Add vegetables to tomatoes, add feta cheese with garlic and season with sour cream. There is no need to salt the salad, as the cheese will give the dish the necessary salty taste.

It takes a long time to prepare, but the result is an excellent appetizer with excellent taste, which can even be served at the holiday table.

Ingredients:

1 kg cherry tomatoes
50 g peeled walnuts

For refueling:


1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
100 ml walnut oil
2 tbsp. spoons of balsamic vinegar
bunch of tarragon

How to prepare salad with cherry tomatoes and mustard:

    Peel the tomatoes. To make your task easier, cut each fruit crosswise at the base, then plunge the tomatoes into boiling water for just a few minutes.

    When the skins on the tomatoes burst, remove them and immediately place them in cold water. Now it will be easier to remove the skin.

    Place the peeled tomatoes in a deep salad bowl. Prepare the dressing. To do this, tear the tarragon leaves from the stem and chop them.

    Combine Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar and whisk lightly. Salt the mixture and, if desired, season with ground black pepper.

    Continuously whisking, add butter and herbs. Pour the dressing over the peeled cherry tomatoes and toss carefully to avoid bruising the delicate tomatoes.

    Grind the walnut kernels into crumbs and sprinkle them on the salad.

We cut the tomatoes into slices. First, cut the cucumbers into rings, then cut the rings in half again. Finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into thin strips. We simply tear the lettuce leaves with our hands and finely chop the rest of the greens. Combine all ingredients, salt to taste, season with olive oil and serve. Although this salad is simple to prepare, it turns out very tasty. Try it - you won't regret it.

Recipe 2. Salad with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Cheese adds flavor. To prepare, we need: 100 grams 200 grams of cherry tomatoes, a jar of canned olives or olives, 10 pieces of quail eggs, a little mustard, vegetable oil, salt, herbs and sesame seeds for decoration. In general, this salad with cherry tomatoes is prepared quite quickly and does not require much time.

Cook, then, when they have cooled, remove the shells. Cut in half and place on a wide flat dish. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the eggs. We also divide the olives into two parts and place them on cherry tomatoes. Grate the mozzarella and sprinkle on the salad. Then we decorate it with greenery. As a sauce, prepare a mixture of mustard and butter. Pour over the salad. At the end, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. It turns out to be a very bright and unusual snack. Recipe 3. Caesar salad with cherry tomatoes. To prepare this luxurious salad, we need 400 grams of chicken fillet, 4 slices of white bread, 5 cherry tomatoes, a little mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, 2 eggs, a clove of garlic, 50 grams of herbs and salt.

Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate the cheese. This salad requires croutons, so we cut the white bread into cubes and pre-dry it in the oven. Then chop the garlic and fry it in oil, remove the garlic, throw croutons into the same oil and fry. Chicken meat can be boiled or fried in the oven. Then it must be cut into cubes. Combine boiled egg yolks with mustard and mash with a fork. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mustard, add olive oil, mix and add salt. You will get a homogeneous mass.

Then we beautifully lay out the lettuce leaves on a large dish and pour a little mustard sauce on top. Next, add chicken meat and chopped cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.   • 350 grams of beans

  • 1 large young zucchini
  • 9-10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 20 milliliters balsamic vinegar

  • 30 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black and white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Cooking method:

You need to soak the beans in advance, preferably overnight. Let it cook. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees. At this time, prepare the tomatoes. Place them, without cutting, in a deep baking tray, add salt and season with freshly ground pepper. Add garlic cloves, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place all this in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Now cut the zucchini into thin long strips. Place them in a heated frying pan with olive oil and fry on both sides. Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil, freshly ground pepper and sea salt to the cooked beans. Chop the basil. Serve in portions, placing beans, tomatoes and zucchini on each plate. Tip: if you choose this recipe, you can skip sea salt and use regular salt. If you don’t have young garlic, then take old one, only half as much.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of smoked chicken fillet
  • 12-15 cherry tomatoes
  • 120 grams of buckwheat
  • 150 grams of arugula
  • 1 large stalk of celery
  • 1 small red onion
  • 30 grams Parmesan
  • ½ part chili pepper
  • ½ part lime
  • 20 milliliters soy sauce
  • 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
  • 20 milliliters sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Cooking method:

Boil the buckwheat. Cut the smoked chicken meat into thin strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half each. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop finely. Mix all these ingredients together with the tomatoes, add lime juice and leave to brew. At this time, cut the chili pepper into thin rings. Cut the red onion into eight slices. Chop the celery into thin slices. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season them with sesame and olive oil, honey, soy sauce and now mix well.
