Bake at 220 degrees and convection mode on for 12-15 minutes. Remove the hot pizza from the baking sheet with a long spatula and place on a heat-resistant surface (I use a glass cutting board for this purpose). I found another option for making mushroom pizza on YouTube - watch the video, cook and write whether you liked the dish or not.

The birthplace of pizza is Italy. It was from there that this unpretentious and easy-to-prepare dish spread throughout the world. There are many varieties of pizza. Moreover, every housewife has her own favorite recipe for this dish. Pizza is prepared with meat, sausage, fish, seafood, and vegetables. They are placed on a thinly rolled flatbread, thickly sprinkled with cheese and baked in a hot oven.

Pizza bakes quickly, so you only need to use ready-to-eat ingredients for toppings. That is, meat, fish or mushrooms must first be boiled or fried, cooled and only then placed on the dough. Pizza with marinated mushrooms turns out very tasty. These can be not only champignons (see), but also milk mushrooms, chanterelles or honey mushrooms.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • flour - 3 tbsp. without slide;
  • water – 220 ml;
  • yeast – 7 g;
  • sugar – 28 gr.;
  • salt – 8 g;
  • refined sunflower oil – 65 gr.

For filling:

  • ketchup – 60 gr.;
  • pickled honey mushrooms – 200 gr.;
  • tomatoes – 250-350 gr.;
  • dried basil – 2 tsp;
  • green olives – 1 jar (280 gr.);

How to make pizza with marinated mushrooms and olives

Pour 100 ml of water heated to 30-32° into a glass. Add yeast and sugar. When abundant foam forms, stir the liquid well.

Pour all the flour into a bowl, mix it with salt. Make a depression in the middle. Pour in another 2/3 cup of warm water, oil and diluted yeast.

Mix all ingredients.

Place the dough on the table, knead until it is homogeneous and easily comes off your hands.

Place it in a deep bowl, cover the dish with film, making a small puncture so that the dough can “breathe”.

Leave the bowl in a warm place for two hours. After about an hour, knead the dough and cover again with film. Let the dough rise again.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling.

Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and place them on a plate to dry slightly.

Cut the tomatoes into circles.

Grate the cheese.

The dough will be ready when it has doubled in size.

Place it on the table and divide it in half. This dough is enough for you to make two pizzas with a diameter of 23-25 cm.

Grease the baking sheets with oil. Roll each lump of dough into a flat cake, transfer it to a sheet, make small sides along the edges.

Grease the entire surface of the flatbread with ketchup.

Lay out the honey mushrooms.

Place tomato slices on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle them with basil and parsley.

Cover the pizza with cheese.

Garnish with whole olives. Usually pizza is prepared with dark olives, but believe me, green olives go well with pickled honey mushrooms, giving the pizza an unusual taste.

In order for the pizza to turn out amazingly tasty, attention must be paid not only to what will be in the filling, but also to its base - the dough. Of course, everyone has different opinions and tastes regarding what kind of base should be - thick and soft or thin and crispy. And this is not surprising, because all people have completely different tastes.

But fortunately, everyone in my family has the same opinion about what pizza dough should be. This is a thin dough, well rolled out, with a lot of juicy filling and under a generous layer of melted cheese. And this is exactly the kind of pizza I want to tell you about today.

By the way, the filling for pizza with pickled cucumbers, which I will tell you about today, came to me quite by accident a long time ago - I simply took the products that I currently had on hand.
