I’m afraid that today it will be difficult for me to find the right words to convey the beauty of the recipe called “honey wings in the oven.” And all because the words “delicious”, “appetizing” and the like are not even close to describing the taste of honey wings cooked in the oven.

Most people, myself included, are used to cooking whole chicken wings. But today is not the case. We need to put the chicken wings in order, that is, divide them into fragments. In total, we cut each wing into 3 parts (cut between the joints). The photo shows that two of the three parts are definitely suitable for cooking, and the third part (the smallest) is a piece of bone covered with skin. This smallest part will not go into the dish.

Chop all the wings and put them in a bowl.


Add a teaspoon of salt and a third of a teaspoon of ground black pepper to the bowl of chicken wings. We don't need any other spices. Using your hands, thoroughly mix the wings with salt.


We transfer our chicken wings to a baking sheet. For this purpose I have a rectangular baking dish plus a lid from it. All the wings fit just right.
